Here are the specific issues I encountered during my stay: Lack of Cleanliness: The room was dirty upon arrival, with no evidence of thorough cleaning. The linens and towels were stained, and the bathroom was not sanitized properly. Unpleasant Odor: There was a persistent moisture smell throughout the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Despite my complaints, the issue was not addressed. Power Outage: One night, there was a complete power outage, and the hotel did not provide any backup or assistance. This added to the inconvenience and discomfort. Overpriced Food: The food at the hotel was extremely expensive, comparable to prices at luxury hotels like the Taj. However, the quality and taste were far from satisfactory. Overall, this experience has left me very disappointed with both the hotel and Agoda. I expected a certain standard when booking through a reputable platform like Agoda, but unfortunately, this was not met. I hope that Agoda will take this feedback seriously and improve their vetting process for hotels to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. NillFirstly They transfers the guest into another hotel located opposite to it...and the service is worse..the room was smelling so bad...when asked to receptionist harshly he said that room freshner is not available we are trying to arrange..after 10 minutes room cleaned and we checked in ..cost of tea is 59.. water bottle 25.the colour of towel was grey from white...they are literally looting the guests...its ok you Oyo but Oyo can be for pleasant stay other than a particular purpose it famed...the owner on call was soft and pleasant but the receptionist was like a sheep herd holder...the soap was provided on Asking... When. I called on the number given on Google maps for Early check-in they said to come to hotel it will be arranged..but when I reached hotel at 7am they said no room available....and receptioninst also demanded that if I check-in before even if an hour before 11 am they will charge 450 for it..

NillWe stayed at this place for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. The staff is however not very helpful, and also expects you to pay even before your order arrives. Our family members stayed in different rooms and we ended up paying for duplicate bills. The place is near Patrika chauk, near Civil Lines. If you searching this place on google maps, look for Carpediem, instead of Legacy. There is another hotel nearby this place with name Legacy. The service is slow, but the quality of food is good. Few of their rooms have an issue with the locks and key, so talk to the manager before you check in.

NillUnclean rooms and very poor staff service. The food in the restaurant looks good but the taste is quite horrible. The pizza is so hard that it can hurt you . Only White Sauce pasta taste good .

NillI have stayed here for 1 night... Service and room service is ok..it could be improved. Rooms and bathrooms should be more clean and hygiene. Checking and checkout is easy and staffs are of helping nature.

NillCheaters , we booked 3x room and already paid for that, but they gave us 2x room ,when we complained they changed the room and charged rs 500 extra for early checkin at 10.am, but in oyo hotel policy it was clearly written no charge for checkin after 10am. When we showed them this policy they told us to talk to oyo people for that and started arguing and talked in abusive language.

NillHotel is not honouring confirmed fully paid online booking through online hotel booking sites Goibibo, Oyo etc. Hotel staff is very rude.
