Polite and friendly staff. Room sizes are too enough as it includes living room. Room service and house keeping is too good. Everyday new toiletries, towels are provided. QYou have connectivity from all the sides of allahabad .Hoot water, AC laundry facilities, etc add more beauty to your stay.. Could have been better with more concern of housekeeping. They lack staff for cleaning of common places like reception area, entrance, lobby, etc. Washroom were stained and required proper cleaning. Breakfast served was very good with a decent spread of menu - eggs to order, toast with butter and jam, poha, puri bhaji, sandwiches, tea and coffee. Overall a good stay for 02 nights. Location is bang in Civil lines area.

I choose this because of location. Some extend room was good but not worth for money. They did not provide hand towel / No periodical change of bath soap / both towel. Most importantly no other complement like dental kit / saving kit etc. I request others to carrying a personal towel would be good for you. Most importantly No laundry and room service was very worst.. if you ordered tea or coffee you have to make multiple call to reception and they took min 2 hrs to serve tea/ coffee. The only good thing is the location and you can found indias famous indian coffee house & get a good south indian bread and coffee..

For the price, it is a very ordinary property. The best thing about it is the location. The rooms are small and don’t have any windows for natural light at all. The bathroom does not have any toiletries. Cleanliness is good but housekeeping does not clean room everyday. The breakfast is non existent. Just tea/coffee, those sandwiches which are sold at tea shops and poori sabzi. No egg, no fruits, no juices or milk.

The hotel is located right next to the Indian Coffee House. The immediate surroundings are okay but the over all location is good. It is quite close to the main market. The rooms are spacious and clean; the staff is courteous and accommodating. All the basic amenities available.

This place looks so premium one's you enter the hotel premises & to talk about the rooms ,i have to say they are awesome. All this you get at very reasonable price. Well, i would say if anybody is planning to visit Allahabad ( prayagraj) then checkIn to this place. Staying here is "PaisaWasool".

Good part about the hotel is that food is excellent. The rooms were good and maintained well.Also the front office personnel helped with sightseeing suggestions.... overall nice experience.... looking for another visit once I am in the city again

The hotel is very reasonable.The staff create a friendly environment, always smiling and helpful! Shuttles were available to take us where we need to go including out for dinner! Very clean and up to date.
