The property is newly built and at a great location but the service is very poor we arrived from the airport around 4:30Pm and the room was not ready although the check-in time was meant to be 2:00pm the room was not ready the staff told us to wait for 15 minutes which we happily agreed as we understand there might be some last minute delays in getting the room ready but then even after a long wait of 1.5 hour the room was still not ready even after repeatedly asking the staff what was the reason for the delay the were clueless we have waited almost 2 hrs just to check-in this was the service offered even after paying more than 30k per night and all payment made upfront. This is pathetic display of customer service and this should be reviewed upon by the higher management.
