I was expecting some kind of decent behavior as I priorly informed the person there that my parents are coming. All the claims for clean, hygiene and spacious rooms are bogus and false as their promise of service. Not a good experience for my parents. Not recommended.

Thanks for the early check-in but the room was very dirty, there were cockroach running here and there. room is very tiny and so is the bathroom. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. bathroom size so small that only one person can stand at a time. electric wires were hanging from walls. circuit board was hanging outside the casing. if you are not very careful you will get electric shock. There was renovation work going on in the adjacent room. they were working even till 1 am in the night made very difficult to sleep. I had to convince them to stop the work so that I can sleep properly. the staff didn't care about customer experience at all. the kind of service they gave was equivalent to the room I would get if I pay only 1/5 of the actual payment. I don't know how OYO is surviving his business as I always got the similar poor experience whenever I had chosen OYO linked hotels.

Hotel's location is very good as Civil lines main road and main market is in walking distance. There is bikanerwala and a cloth showroom Madan men right outside on road. It is a small boutique hotel with lift. Staff is very courteous and helpful. However condition of room was not very good. Rooms are small and need a makeover. Mattress life is also nearly over. However for the price Hotel charges around 1100 including breakfast, it's value for money deal.

As far as location is concern, this hotel is at the best location. Everything is available at your walking distance or at 5-10 minutes distance, be it shopping mall, be it railway stations, be it bus stand, be it cinema halls, be it restaurants etc. If I talk about amenities they offered was overall good but there are some improvements needed as well. Such as their bedding materials like bedsheets are to be more cleaned, their AC is supposed to be working in a more better condition. However, i shared a feedback to the manager about their AC and they assured me to fix it as soon as possible, I hope they do it ASAP. Staffs are well behaved and professional. Overall, if they improve these little things, they can grow at a much faster rate. You can visit this hotel. Their services are good at affordable price. 👍

Hotel was good also location is decent earlier staff was also good but this time mr manoj Kumar was very rude and denied checkin says that I should tell him when I am going to checkout and it’s not safe and staff increases price other than OYO
