Holiday.inn varanasi

I stay there for 3 days recently (1st week of Feb 2018) with my family members. They arranged for to and fro cab from Varanasi Jn to Hotel which I feel comfortable for my 1st trip. Reception was good and very fast they allocated my 2 rooms. Afterwards they briefed facilities available in room and hotel. Also briefed nearby tourist spots and how they can can help us to visit those areas, ||Room as well as room service is good. Roof top restaurant , though small, is nicely arranged and food quality / service is very good. ||Hotel personnel arranged for our evening boat ride/ Aarti at Dasawamedh Ghat, Sarnath/BHU trip as well as Allahabad / Sangam trip.Cab driver/tour assistant helped us in many ways. They helped us to know and enjoy Blue Lassi, Special Varanasi Sweets. ||Hotel is very close to famous Aussie Ghat and 1 minute away from main road. So its free from noise and other hazzards. At one room we faced with small Almirah. Hot water is always available.They are fast at room service and at scheduled time.||A few things to be mentioned-- Better to have Lift facility , 1/2 page leaflet on local tour items mentioning distance,timings and approx cost to visit.||Altogether my family enjoyed here very much.
