i have stay 4nights with family at Hotel Zeeras . I had a wonderful stay at Hotel zeeras in Banaras . Everything was exceptional here—the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly courteous and ensured our needs were met promptly. Specially Mr Madhu tripati ji cooperative person . he is wonderful person. thanks tripati ji . Hotel location is good. Rooms are OK.. little and compact.. but a lot of mosquitoes come if you try to open window. DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS..Drainage system is not good..bathrooms smell of drainage .

The Rooms were good. But room service was not prompt. Front Desk was excellent. Thanks to Ms Riya Singh. Food was good. Especially Indian and local cuisine.

"Worst ever experience in my Hospitality carrier" |I have booked the room for Adult 3+1 kid stay and room size while booking was showing 230sqft. We were offered Room no-503 which was just a standard room and hardly good enough for couple. And, room size was just 100 sqft and good enough for couple. Literally feeling cheated with property. I would never suggest anyone to book this property as as family because you will complain anad only managers are their to do the job what they not need to do. Service is very late if you request something it will take minimum 45 min ans at least 2 reminder for the task Its an old property however room was clean and well maintained No hot water in the room on arrival and had to request a fix for the same few times

I had a good experience staying at Hotel Zeeras. Only issues was it had central Airconditioner in every room and floor so please do not off the AC. In my floor I had issues of water seepage in walls due to some maintenance issues. Otherwise good property to stay.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of hotel zeeras |The size of room is little bit small|The helpfulness of the staff at the front desk female and male both person it was very helpful for roaming in varanasi temple and every palaces Great hotel and really enjoyed our stay, delicious breakfast with serving of freshly made poha and subji |Last one think is not good reception about reception Ac is not working lots of time.but over all is great stay then you hotel zeeras
