Four Leaf Hotel - Sapphire Blue, Varanasi

one of the best hotel to stay in Cantonment, I mean the hospitality, ambience and services were promoted and delivered was same as promised. Room were spacious, neat and clean. The check-in and check-out went soo smooth. And the morning breakfast was wide spread and absolutely tasty. Thanks the entire team to make my stay this much comfortable. Really I will make stay in this hotel only whenever I visit Varanasi again. Highly recommended.

I am a solo female traveler and hence my priority while choosing a hotel is the safety and security. The staff at Four Leaf were all extremely gracious and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Spacious room, clean bathroom, decent room amenities and clean bed and bath linen. Basically everything that is needed for a guest to be comfortable has been provided. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

My experience at this hotel in Varanasi was highly disappointing. The room I booked was supposed to have a bathtub, as shown on their website, but it was not there. The room itself had a stale, unpleasant smell, and several basic amenities, like towels and dental kits, were missing, which we had to repeatedly ask for. Room service was frustratingly slow, making it a struggle to get even the simplest requests fulfilled. The bathroom added to the discomfort with clogged basins and no warm water. It’s clear the hotel is understaffed, which reflects in the overall poor service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Varanasi, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality, and I faced numerous issues that made the stay very unpleasant. Here are the specific problems I encountered: 1: The rooms had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay. 2: Despite booking a higher-category room, the staff initially tried to allot us a lower-category room, which is totally unacceptable. 3: The bathroom basins had water clogging issues, and warm water was unavailable in the bathroom. The staff said there was some issue with the water boiler. 4: The room we booked was advertised on the hotel website as having a bathtub, but the room did not have one. 5: Room service was extremely slow; I had to call multiple times to get even the simplest things. 6: Basic amenities like towels, dental kits, bucket, and mug were missing from the room, and I had to request everything. 7: The first aid kit box was empty, containing only two medicines, which is a serious safety concern. 8: The TV set-top box was not recharged, and I had to ask the staff to fix it. 9: The hotel seemed severely understaffed across all departments, leading to inefficiency and poor service. 10: Even the lift was not functioning properly, causing further inconvenience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will never book this hotel again and strongly recommend others to think a thousand times before booking this hotel.

This is an okaish hotel with rates comparatively higher than the facilities provided. The room size is just ok with basic amenities. The bathrooms are pathetic with no proper hot water supply and severe water accumulation. This is a poorly managed property with old furniture and poorly maintained amenities. Overall it's quite costly comparing to the facilities provided.

Very unprofessional staff! The food is average. Need to provide training to their staff. Very unpolite behaviour and also harassed me on WhatsApp. Never visiting ever again. It was my worst experience here. I stayed here for two days but they were charging me for 3 days! Some payment issue was there from our side but they were not cooperative at all.
