Very helpful staff, efficient and keen to help. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception is spacious and a meeting place for many of guests. A few more suites or chairs would be beneficial at times but staff are happy to oblige. Breakfast is plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would stay here again.

Hotel Silk City, Varanasi - Best 4 star property Our stay at Hotel Silk City, Varanasi, in February 2025 for three nights with a group of 25 people was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm reception and a Tulsi Mala, setting the perfect tone for our pilgrimage. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to Mr. Vikash Ji, the General Manager, who was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, promptly addressing our requests and making sure we had a hassle-free experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering easy access to the ghats and temples. Despite the Kumbh Mela 2025 rush, the hotel maintained genuine and reasonable tariffs, which we truly appreciated. The meals were another highlight, especially the authentic South Indian dishes, which were delicious and freshly prepared. The drinks and overall dining experience added to our comfort after long days of exploring Varanasi. Overall, Hotel Silk City exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are visiting Varanasi and looking for a friendly, well-managed hotel with great hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here as part of our Trip A Deal holiday. The hotel was ok. The room was average- the fridge wasn’t plugged in, there was barely enough sachets of coffee for one person for one day which wasn’t refilled during our stay, the shower was warm and the shower head sprayed everywhere except on us. Room service was good though. A little slow- they called our room back around 20 minutes after we rang and ordered to confirm the food order, then it was another half hour before it was brought to our room. Just be aware that there is nothing around the hotel, so you can’t go for a walk to find a store to get drinks or snacks. There is no bar close by either. The bed was comfortable but sadly, the entire exterior of the building is wrapped in fairy lights which stay on all night long and there are no blackout curtains, so it feels like you are sleeping inside a Christmas tree !!

Extremely comfortable and spacious! Lots of hot water, a very comfy bed and the best cheese omelettes made to order for breakfast! One of the better hotels we’ve stayed in this trip.

First timev23 days back, room given was decent. Yesterday, in our next cheh in room was very moderate. Hope for better rooms next time. Overall good ambiance & experience.

If you’re visiting VNZ, I highly recommend staying at Silk Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax and enjoy the area!

A perfect hotel in the wondrous city of Varanasi. The place is clean, staff ultra helpful and friendly. If ever a problem,bthevresponse and solution immediate. Nothing was too much of an ask. On reception Bilkis was so warm and friendly, one of the nicest hotels I have been to so far in India. Thank you for the perfect service.
