Hotel Vibe Blu

Location of hotel is good however there are lots of issues - They take booking in the name of Niketan boutique however it is Vibe Blu. When I checked in, I was shocked to find the room in a dirty and unkempt state. The beddings and towels were stained and appeared unwashed, and the washroom is too small and congested. After request, the staff has cleaned the room. The one positive aspect was the manager, who was polite and helpful. I hope the management takes steps to improve their cleaning services and overall hospitality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Worst Room, Worst Cleaning, Worst Management. There are more mosquitoes in the room and in the bathroom than in road, better to sleep on road than this hotel. There are no water in the room, they will give you water to bath and for refreshment in bucket. Pathetic service ever.

I booked it from booking.com received otp and confirmation id. I called them before reaching but the person said that they didnt receive any booking through booking.com and i should contact the app for this issue. I had to check for other options and faced trouble. The person was very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving arrogantly like they dont need people as they are full due to kumbh mela but are forgetting that mela is only till 26th feb. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

Nice stay Clean and big room with beautiful location. Delicious breakfast and staff behaviour also friendly. i had spent 3 nights here. it was amazing experience 😊👍

Very noisy, no hot water in rooms@ shower..have to chase for room service, poor service and noisy clientelle..charges too much for budget hotel
