Madin Hotel

Overall, good service, good bar, good food! The rating 3/5 was given due to noise nuisance. On a Saturday night there was loud DJ music and pounding vibration in my second floor room until 2.30am, which prevented us from sleeping. I called reception to complain twice and there were no actions taken. I did leave a review at the hotel and reinforced the problems to front desk staff upon check out once again, very politely always, and silence was all I got in return. Unfortunately, this stained our stay and I wouldn't recommend the place if you want genuine rest ina 5-star hotel.

Location is great. Right on mall road. Nice neighborhood around. Far from temple, ghat etc. Limited car parking inside. Parking on the street. Rooms are nicely done up. Italian marble all around in the bathroom with bathtub. Room size it bit small though. No views from the room window as they face to other hotels which are very close. Breakfast is great and has a nice spread. Staff is good and helpful. Everything is great but not a 5 star experience forvsure. I feel Tarriff is bit higher compared to other 5 star properties around. I would say below 10k is the right price.

Recently we had a wedding party at hotel Madin Varanasi, had an amazing time at your hotel! Nice location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, delicious menus and the staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to help. Can't wait to come back:))

Our stay at this luxurious Varanasi hotel was worth every penny. While our initial check-in experience was a bit underwhelming – the receptionist's demeanor was rather indifferent and communication was a slight challenge – it was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise exceptional stay. Every other staff member we encountered, from the helpful bellhop to the attentive room service team, the friendly dining staff, and even the manager, provided outstanding service. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed with all the expected Western amenities. A particular highlight was the cable television, which allowed us to enjoy both the India vs. England ODI cricket match and the Super Bowl – a fantastic treat while traveling so far from home! The included breakfast was truly exceptional. The extensive buffet offered over 20 items (plus various chutneys and sambar), with the option to customize dishes like dosas and omelets. We especially appreciated the inclusion of delicious eggless donuts, a thoughtful touch for vegetarian guests. The opportunity to sample authentic Varanasi chai in a traditional clay pot, alongside expertly prepared coffee, further enhanced the dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every breakfast. Finally, we appreciated the daily room service, a definite plus compared to the less frequent service offered at some hotels.

Dear all I have visited to this place in my brother wedding and their was lots of mosquetoes at every place when I called manager Mr.sharma he replied sir mosquetoes to lagega I recommend never opt this hotel for any occasion

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Madin in Varanasi, and I cannot praise the services enough! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special mention goes to **Mr. Sachdev**, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His assistance and attention to detail were truly appreciated. **Mr. Javed** was also a standout, offering service with a smile and displaying remarkable humility and politeness throughout my stay. The food at Hotel Madin was simply outstanding, thanks to **Mr. Yadav**, who prepared some of the most scrumptious dishes I've had in a long time. Every meal was a delight to the taste buds. Lastly, **Mr. Saurabh** was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with great care. Overall, my experience at Hotel Madin was nothing short of fantastic. The staff, especially Mr. Sachdev, Mr. Javed, Mr. Yadav, and Mr. Saurabh, made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi!

The taste of food and overall rooms are excellent. Although the price for rooms are high but they justify the quality of rooms. The hotel staff are very friendly and they took good care of guests. Its in the center of the city so transport is easily available and its very safe too.
