Pristine Hotel

The hotel was good and the morning buffet also was good enough (not so lavish) and tasted nice. The staff is friendly and the service was nice. The area is on a little outskirts so if you wish to go to the main areas, take local conveyance instead of your own car (if without a driver). Overall a good experience and recommend for your next trip.

Pristine was very good. Although my room was not serviced - particularly re fresh water. Breakfast choice was so-so, but service was friendly and very helpful. The front desk was excellent in sorting out a complicated taxi ride for me.

Service beyond five star hotels from manager, porter, dining area staff. I never saw these types of service before anywhere, I travelled. Pleasant stay with very good price at last minute booking B2B rate in busy season. Mostly clients from USA, Canada, and S. American countries in this hotel. Dinner you can order accordingly your diet.

Stay was good. Please create one driver lobby having 3 or 4 beds, a bathroom and a toilet. All good hotels have this facility. Some provide simple dinner and prantha breakfast.

the good|- decent hotel cleanliness wise|- staff is pleasant and courteous|- facilities are okay, nothing fancy.||the not so good|- no doctor on call for medical emergencies. staff not equipped to handle the same.|- the electric kettles in rooms are really poorly designed and mainntained. they do not cut off automatically and the handle almost always gives you a burn

Hotel is superb, constant hot water and great restaurant with amazing staff. Both jitendra and KP have been excellent hosts providing great service. Will definitely be staying here again.

Arrived late afternoon to our hotel in Varanasi, The Pristine. |Tired and hungry we were directed to the dining room where we found the service fabulous, the staff friendly and the food amazing. The staff were extremely helpful in listening and then suggesting meals from the menu which we all (a group of 6 Aussies) thoroughly enjoyed.|A great way to start our Varanasi experience. We will hopefully be back.
