Hotel Dehradun

Request everyone not to stay here if on family tour, rooms are dirty, washroom seems never cleaned & room service is pathetic. I booked 3 rooms & requested for bathing towel to which the room service person replied "per room 1 towel" Also asked for water, no reply.. Bathing towel seems either were never washed or they seems to be transferring old towels without washing, to the new guest. Location is good.. I REQUEST EVERYONE NEVER EVER OPT OUT FOR THIS HOTEL IN YOUR LIFE, IF WITH YOUR FAMILY..

Pretty good, room's are cheap starting from 1200, but doesn't have ventilation outlet, rooms are smelly. Rooms are not clean, beds are comfy. Staff is good. We have to order ahead and they get the food from restaurant. Service is okay. Rooms needs a hood renovation with proper sanitation amd ventilations.

Rooms r good and spacious. I got big rooms at a very low cost. Service is good. Location is good. There r restaurant and malls nearby.

The staff of this hotel are lazy. Despite repeated reminders they were not ready to clean their super deluxe room. Cupboards we're duty...and there insects roaming in the room. You have to ask for basic things like towels. The only thing good about this hotel is it's central location...

So specially for shagun palace I am coming with my co makeupartist artist from clients venue and we get late although there is a huge rainfall although we plan to stay bcz rain almost starts from dilaram bazzar . So we stop and ask for prices and all so moment we give our id's my and my artist so she is from another religion and I am from another religion so they said we can't give u room and this negative vibes I feel moment I enter the hotel . So that's why I suggest there is no humanity this guys our having . We our so much genuine we both our sharing out id's although contact no. Family and all so then also u can think of guys what type of people our in market .not At all recommend. It's better you can Stay on foot path or some guest house not on such places it's basically a great experience of my life I ever come across . And this not for the first time I had some artist where I am staying. I stay at Fortune hayat. Marriot bolvyard alaknanda Many properties Malsar resorts etc.

Shagun Palace Hotel was a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained too. I think the service needs to be improved as it was not proactive and slow too from management side. Overall ok.

Rooms okay. Need improvement. Service good. Location great. An Udupi hotel is nearby.
