The owner of this OYO listed property only allows you to stay if you are paying according to what he asks. No matter at which cost you booked the room via OYO.

Very bad experience at the hotel. They agreed to some price when giving room then charged 20% extra at the time of checkout. No switch boards were in good condition in complete room. Windows were jammed and open my family members got sick due to that. Bedsheet changed once in 5 days after asking. Overall worst experience in any hotel.

First they denied from checking in as they said make my trip has mis mentioned their price listing. They let me check in after talking to the make my trip customer executive. Their room smells paint job, rusted geasers, cigarette holes in their bedsheets and blankets. Ac is 1980's model. Do not book this hotel even if they pay you to stay here.

At the front desk the person Refused to the amount discussed over call before booking..really bad 😠 Rooms are NOT the same as the picture uploaded on Google. The building needs maintenance but not upto the mark. Some rooms AC was not working properly. Good for a temporary stay or for bachelors.

We booked this hotel for its location and decent reviews online. We thought that probably the negative reviews were from travelers who expected too much.||||We received a cold welcome and were asked to wait till 12 noon to get the rooms. However, they gave us a family suite (so called) in the meantime. ||||The rooms were ready a few minutes after 12. The property was under renovation and there were more workers than the hotel staff. The cupbboard in our room was broken, there was no coffee kettle. The knob on the bathroom door came out and was asked to repair. Just when we thought we could take a nap, there was constant noise coming from outside which was of a staff member bursting balloons to clean a room. (Facepalm) ||||There was no arrangement of snacks/tea inside the hotel. When we requested the waiter to get tea from outside, we got less than half a cup for 20 rupees each. Anyway, since the hotel we booked didn't have a satisfaction guarantee, nothing much we could do. ||||The night sleep was peaceful and the rooms were cool throughout the day even without the AC. ||||The shower fittings, electrical fittings and the bolts/door locks were in the final stages of cancer. The AC remote didn't have batteries. ||||Breakfast options were just Poori Bhaji and Bread Jam. We were 4 people and the first serving came with 3 small bowls of bhaji and less than 2 pooris per head.||||I can understand that a hotel needs repair and maintenance. But I would not take in guests and give them such an experience. Moreover, I would have the courtesy to apologize at least.||||Lastly, please take your own towels if you still wish to stay at this place.

We stayed their with 20 ppl for wedding in family. We loved the spacious rooms, cooperative and very humble owner as well as the staffs. They also provided us compensation in prices because we stayed for 4-5 days. The buffet food was awesome and loved the hospitality of the hotel. Overall great experience. Keep it up guys!

The place was okay for the deal that we got. The staffs were very respectful. The budget room was spacious and looks good. The AC on room 205 though would have to be fixed as the whole thing is open. The curtains in thr bathroom too should be well closed because there's another window at the back and it should be more safe and private. I had to request for a pin to get the two curtains closed.
