Samsara

Have been staying at the Hotel Ganga Kinare but due to the big increase in their rates had to opt for their new budget property “Holy water Samsara by Ganga Kinare”.||||The property is no way close to the their main hotel, surprisingly most of the amenities take a big hit. ||||Really bad breakfast spread, though the restaurant team is good. They Atleast need to meet a minimum level when it comes to food options. ||||Location is very close to Ganga ghat and other key places. Just 10 min drive to Triveni ghat.||||One of the best aspects is that you can still avail most of the activities that take place in their main hotel. ||||I usually remain outdoors and hence managed to ignore most of the basic misses. ||||House keeping team needs to improve.||||The rooms are not at all sound proof and too close to each other. We have very noisy group in the room opposite to ours and they did not let me sleep at all. ||||||Request them to take note and work towards improving their standard. ||||I visit Rishikesh for the peace that I feel there.

Most unapologetic and worst host to deal with. They are only looking at minting money and are not customer oriented. I have had to go through hell to deal with them on a date change /cancellation. Would never recommend anyone th\is place
