(I'm sorry for being honest) Worst resort I've ever visited , be it food, be it service or be it simple water. Starting from a simple tea , it was not the tea actually it was just hot boiling water, and they took complete one hour for that stupid tea. I and my family stayed for 2 days and for complete 2 days , the cook was not available. I don't know from where the owner was arranging the food , because later on we ordered poha, and guess what, it tasted like hell. We were actually hungry but couldn't swallow that. And the boy was bringing food to our room, was not even replying to anything properly, and entering without knocking which was a big red flag I found. I just want to say that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE because I don't want anyone to suffer like we did.

My recent stay at The Roxxy Royal hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment was far from accommodating. The first red flag was the persistent electricity issues, leaving me in the dark for hours at a time. To add insult to injury, the owner had the audacity to demand additional payment for generator usage, as if electricity was a luxury service. There was no room service available at this hotel. The water bottle refill was also an issue for the hotel staff and owner, and once again, the owner saw fit to charge extra for something as basic as regular water bottle refill. They also have rule of no outside food allowed. It's one thing to offer amenities on-site, but to prohibit guests from enjoying their own meals is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of poor facilities, exploitative practices, and rude behavior from the owner makes for an experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.

Nice property to stay. Food was excellent. They have a cafe which we can work or chill out for hours. Can definitely trust there food since this is based on my experience. Staffs were very nice. We have to say that property owner bhawana attended our requirements and guided us promptly.

Stayed here with friends for couple of days. Located in a very peaceful place with Neat and clean rooms with hygienic washroom. Cafe sit out area is very relaxing. Host bhawna personally takes care of all the queries you have and helps with places to visit nearby. Enjoying a cup coffee sitting in garden area gives a refreshing feel.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, and all the comfort you need. We extended our stay here, because we liked it so much. Everything went well thank you to Ms. Bhawana Tyagi for your assistance throughout Overall perfect hotel at perfect place (Tapovan Rishikesh)

Not worth it. The service was the worst. Outside food is prohibited. For water, you compulsory needs to buy packed bottle everytime (thus not environmentally friendly) They even doesn't switch on the generator during night when electricity wasn't there. Further, asked us to pay 1000 bucks more to call electrition to connect generator.

It was an amazing stay there. The outside area is the best part of this property. You can chill with your friends outside & play outdoor games too. Also restaurant area is a great place to relax & have a good time with good food.

Stay far away from The Roxxy Royal hotel. Regular electricity issues, additional charges for basic amenities like water and generator usage, and a strict no outside food policy make for a worst stay. The owner's rude behavior only adds insult to injury. Avoid this place at all costs.
