OYO 15971 Heera Holiday Inn

My stay at Heeralal Hotel was really disappointing. The room had a musty odor that was hard to ignore, and the bed sheets were stained, which made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there were no basic amenities like soap or shampoo provided, and I had to request towels separately. The walls were damp and unappealing, adding to the overall unpleasantness. It felt like the room wasn’t properly maintained or cleaned. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially with family. Note: Do not book this hotel based on the images you see online—they do not capture the reality of the experience you'll have once you arrive. The room was far from what was advertised. The actual condition of the room is much worse than what the photos suggest. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I don't know from where to begin. The rooms were pathetic, smelly, congested and full of cockroaches and insects. Coming to the environment you can see the pictures , window didn't had a lock and the area was so so so dirty. I wouldn't stay in this place ever again. Coming to the Customer Relationship Management of FabHotels, well played with us. It was such a disastrous decision to stay at such a place. We wanted to shorten our reservation due to obvious room reasons but the receptionist or manager or whoever he was asked us to do online check-in first in order to modify our reservation. After that he asked us to modify it by calling the customer care. After calling the customer care they were saying something else, but who would have thought he was in cahoots of this whole play. When we called the customer care those people said you cannot do modification after checking in, they cannot help , so just drop a mail. You've come to stay at a hotel, you've an itinerary to follow and in midst of all that you'll follow up on a mail. And then they were unresponsive to our calls too. After paying such a hefty amount if you stay at this hotel, I personally feel this is unfortunate and your bad luck. Because the walls are mushy , unclean corridors, rooms. They won't admit it, but it really is

The place is not maintained at all. It was the worst idea ever to host a party here, the banquet on both the floors seemed like they were falling apart. The place was filled with flies, it was disgusting. The elevators were makeshift so they obviously didn't work properly. Would never willing visit this place again even if I ever got invited to an even here.

Horrible experience of 2days stay at fab hotel Heera Holiday Inn, Eliot Road Kolkata.Booked our hotel through Make my trip.Totally filthy ambience.Opposite of what was presented in the app. Lacking the basic amenities.Never wish to recommend any to stay there.

Very bad hotel in the name of delux room. Poor quality ambience, rooms, food and service of the hotel. Broken furniture, torn towels and filled with cockroaches. I would suggest all never to check in. Thank you

the location of the hotel is such that it will be waterlogged with even the slightest bit of rainfall. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the owner, Rahul Malhotra was extremely rude and seemed to be drunk more often than not. the banquet where we hosted the party was not maintained either and was stinking worse than a public washroom. the open areas were all infested with flies which can only be a sign of unhygine.

Hotel room was dirty and smelly, no toiletry in the bathroom, Spittle stain, bed sheets wear torn,Hotel room lock were all jammed not working properly not at all safe to keep ur valuables in d room.Rude behaviour of Hotel owner d the staffs.we booked the hotel banquet for marriage function but ceiling were leaking. The room attached to d banquet was stinking like a public toilet.

A Complete mess this place was.The banquet was broken,dirty,not even cooled.the ac were not working and if working it was leaking all over the place.The owner Rahul Malhotra was a total jerk and a drunkard,he was inappropriately dressed and was eating in our party.The manager was very distrespectful.
