Hotel Elliot Comfort Inn

It's not a hotel. it's a lodge with no cleanliness, no professionalism at all. Even bed sheet and pillow cover was not changed before handing over. Congested Toilet in worst condition. No hanger in room, in toilet, AC remote not functioning. Breakfast was ordered at 10 a.m. and it was served at 11.15 a.m.. someone mentioned the man sitting in reception is a big liar is absolutely true. He wanted me to pay in cash otherwise Rs. 50 per 1000 for digital payment while a hawker happily accepts digital payment. He tried to charge me for 3 days instead of 2 days stay. I am traveling for more than 14 years but it was the worst experience. I strongly suggest sleep at railway platform and keep the luggage in locker rather than staying in ELLIOT COMFORT INN.

I had an awful stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, outdated, and had a terrible smell. The service was just as bad — the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. To top it off, the location was noisy, unsafe, and far from everything worth visiting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Disgusting experience. They cancelled our booking when we reached saying that the room we chose was occupied. Charged triple the amount on the site. Uncleaned rooms, disgusting stench emanating from within, broken locks, water dripping taps...nothing is worth a penny !!! Food served cold !!!! Bad behaviour of the manager.

I strongly suggest for any married couple not to go there, as their rooms are not cleaned properly. There could be some security issues. We have found cockroaches in the room. The rooms are very small, washroom is not cleaned. On top of that, they will charge 2000 INR per night, which is expensive. We had been there for one night, and in the next morning we changed the hotel with almost similar price near to the new market.

Overall the experience is good.The staff have received us well and rooms were cleaned and sanitized and if speak about location in this budget it is one of the best place where you can access metro easily which is 2 kms far from there I would like to suggest this hotel if you are gonna stay for 2-3 days and need to cover all the places then you can stay here. For security purposes when I was there it was good and I didn't lose anything even though there is a cctv checking so it's not a big problem I would like to mention the staff name Saif who is good person and helped us to get good rooms and cooperated for us coolly even though there is a language barrier. So if you have a budget of middle class people you can visit if you like the hotel This is my honest review regarding the hotel I stayed here for 3 days and there were no inconvenience to me.

Worst hotel, don't recommend for anyone. Rooms are not clean, taps won't work, Lift don't work, bed and bedsheets are not changed and not clean at all. Service is very slow and you will get food after an hour not before after ordering. They will say will do but no once comes up and clear issues in the room. One and only good thing is transport facility and near to most of tourist places. But I don't prefer this hotel at all. Price is so high for those aminities and cleanliness. You can get better stay in that price range. Don't fall for cab driver's recommendations.

Very cooperative staffs Name Saif....🫴🫶and well managed guest house. The manager didn't hesitate to give extra pillow and bedsheets...food was also amazing.... I will always go to the same hotel if I ever have to amazing

The hotel is very minimal for emergency stay. It takes 2k per day per room. The staff is not very helpful. And there are no proper amenities. They have wifi which is very slow. TV was not working. The room has too many cockroaches. The bedsheets and covers were dirty.
