FabHotel Heera Holiday Inn - Hotel in Park Street, Kolkata

Worst hotel stay. Unhygienic, safety issue, uncleaned bedsheets, mattress, broken wall, dust everywhere. Cockroches everywhere. Unprofessional staff. Unable to sleep due to lot of disturbance and noise in night due to banquet hall wedding till 5 am in morning. Its just impossible to stay here.

Stayed in this fab hotel for two nights. Rooms were booked in Make my trip. Big disappointment in room size, bed size, mattress quality, no availability of electric kettle, breakfast quality was very poor. Do not recommend stay in this property. The surrounding area was stinky and no proper restaurants nearby. We had to fight with cockroach too.

Room service and fooding was excellent. Location was best.

Stayed for one night only. Room was good and clean. Food was good. Service was best. Only issue is the street where the hotel is located, that was too narrow. And I think a little high on price. May be due to the prime locality.

Area is not hygienic. They would keep the keys with them. So it's like you ll stay in the room but the keys won't be there for you to freely go out and come back. Every time you need to request the staff to open it for you. They won't give soaps, on request they gave a sub quality soap. Staff is good but the rooms are not clean. There would be patches of dirt on the floors. Booking amount is high. Not at all value for money.
