Kzar Hotel Select

We have horrible and pathetic experience with this hotel. We booked the double bed deluxe room through Goibibo. Such a shame on goibibo for collaboration with this 3rd class hotel. We relied on goibibo for pleasant stay. The hotel check-in time was 12 PM. We booked the hotel 7 days prior to our visit. When we reached the hotel reception around 2.30 PM the hotel stuff keep us waiting for 2 hours in the reception area to get inside the room as they said rooms are under cleaning process. Afterwards they gave us 3rd grade room. The room was unhygienic, pillows turns black, bed sheets becomes yellow after thousands time use, the window curtains were full of dust, the walls were red/black spots all over. The bathroom not even clean properly. We complain in the front desk, but the staff are busy in gossiping, doing cheat chat, so casual behaviour, it’s like not their problem. We paid 2400 rupees/per night and paid in advance for 2 nights. We left the property instantly after the hotel manager assured us to give the full money back. We did another booking in a different hotel for our stay after the refund assurance. But, Goibibo didn’t gave us the money back as the hotel denied to return anything. Not even a single penny. Such a shame on goibibo and Hotel Kazar select. This is a hotel by cheaters, don’t book your reservations on the basis of the Google image. As all the images are fake, highly edited to make it attractive. The real picture are completely different. The area surrounded by slams, inside a narrow lane. Smells, dustbins, leftovers foods all over in the front road.

Good Hotel closer to all the prime location... This hotel is located in McLeod St which in the centre of elliot road. Auto Rickshaw stand 1 min walk from hotel , Mullick Bazar, Hospitals, Medical Store, Park Street, Liquor shop is 5 min in cycle rickshaw

Good place to stay. Friendly staff, decent room but the kitchen needs improvement.
