My experience with this hotel was quite disappointing. There was a significant delay in both room allocation and breakfast service. Additionally, the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet; instead, breakfast is served in the room, and even for that, I had to make multiple follow-up calls. The breakfast options were also very limited. The room conditions were below standard. The pillow covers were torn, and I found cockroaches and other insects in both the room and the bathroom. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and the hotel needs substantial improvements in service quality and cleanliness.

Shufian was good representative at the reception. He was very helpfull when we were denied checkin by fabhotel but he arranged a room in another hotel at 11pm. Also its very near from us consulate and vac a good place to stay.

Good experience and service is good as per the hotel standard staff beheiver is very helpful nature they guide tourist in detail give every idea of the city and how to use the transport specially Mr sufiyan who manager in front office he will guild me properly.thank to team kzar
