Swagath Holiday Resorts

The location of the resort was really good, it was in walking distance from the beach, the rooms were good too but the property is not maintained at all. The pool was dirty, there were no indoor games available although it is mentioned there and till now as well they are saying its because of COVID. The shower has a weird system to get hot water. The property is not worth the price but it has potential to be.

Nice place to stay, rooms are clean and best part is that it’s located within few metres away from beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our checkout was bit earlier the receptionist and the service staff were already present there helping us to make our way easier. Thanks and appreciate!!

Nice and clean room but very slow and unresponsive service…for both checkin and check out you have to carry your own luggage even if you ask them to carry your luggage. Very limited food and breakfast options..location and room gets the good rating but not the service…service lacks may be due to limited staff…price you pay isn’t worth available facility where there are limited options

We had a terrible experience during our stay at Swagath Holidays. Lizards were present in all the rooms, making the stay very uncomfortable. The fan regulator was faulty, so the fan either ran at high speed or had to be turned off — there was no option for a slow setting. The bathroom kit was inadequate, consisting of only soap and shampoo. Basic items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, head caps, and shaving kits were missing. Additionally, milk powder, tea, and coffee were not provided in the room. The rooms had dim lighting, and the furniture was extremely old and worn-out wooden pieces, which added to the outdated feel of the place. Breakfast lacked variety and was well below average in quality. I would not recommend Swagath Holidays to anyone. They seriously need to improve their facilities and services to justify even a basic standard of hospitality.

The hotel room is big but the bathroom is small and the room decoration is a bit dated. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST LIMITED. But the hotel is located in a beautiful place, the beach is 250 meters away from here, but the path is steep. You will love its swimming pool and even more the hospitality of the hotel management, the polite, humble, quiet nature of the receptionist.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, though the bathroom could have been a little big . They provided us a extra single bed for our child. The balcony provided view of the lighthouse and the scenery is beautiful. The swimming pool is very clean n the water is not full of chlorine. The breakfast spread was also good for 2 days. They also have a children's play area. The only negative point is it's far from the beach, and the climb is steep. Not suitable for kids and elders. As we kept gng to the beach all the time my child was getting tired climbing up and down.

Pros.. Room was big. 10min walk to beach Cons..Room and hotel were very old . Insufficient light inside room. Breakfast menu was very poor. Not much choice of hindi or English channels
