I stayed 3 nights in sunset view cottage Resort is very good, luxurious with all comforts at secluded quite place. Staff are polite friendly and helpful all the time. thats best thing about resort Rooms are spacious comfortable and luxurious with all basic amenities. view from balcony is top notch Food - I m very much disappointed, the food they served is tasty however very few options. dishes also limited. needs definite upgrade Road to route is bit difficult another thing that could have been better is pool it would have been better if its temperature regulated

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is serene and perfect for a peaceful getaway, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar city. This quietness added to the charm, and the hotel offers taxi services for city tours and sightseeing, which made our trip super convenient. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a treat, and there was a wide variety to choose from. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Haze and kites is also perfect for families with kids. It’s kids-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep them engaged, like interactions with pet animals, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The beautiful canal view added to the charm and gave us a tranquil environment to relax in. Overall, the hospitality, amenities, and overall experience were outstanding. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or group, I’d highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The food was delicious, offering a great variety that pleased even our picky eaters! The only minor drawback was the service road leading up to the resort, which could use some improvement. We stayed here for one day. The property is very beautiful but far from town. The rooms are also very spacious. We requested for an upgraded room and they provided us a room with Jacuzzi and private garden. One of the best thing is infinity pool with amazing views. They also arrange bonfire every evening.The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and is very delicious.

Its been a heavenly experience at haze and kites. The scenic beauty was spell bounding, the room service was quick and up to mark. The boys over here are polite, humble and always at your help. Special thanks to Rahul for fulfilling our requirements with smiling face always and Kanakraj for providing us the best tea at the awkward timings.
