I had a fantastic experience staying at Rainwood Aurum. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities. Especially the food is excellent.

I had a pleasant stay at Rainwood Aurum Resort Munnar on 11/08/2024 over a night. The staff at the resort were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their friendliness added to the overall positive experience. Whether it was at check-in or during meals, the staff were always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel right at home. Our room was decent and clean, offering all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our visit. However, one area that could use improvement is the washroom. The lack of separation between the wet and dry areas made it less convenient. A redesign in this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience. The resort offered a delightful variety of Indian cuisine that catered to diverse tastes. Each meal was a culinary adventure, with flavorful dishes that satisfied our cravings. The dining area was also well-organized, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. One of the standout features of this resort was the abundant parking facility. With ample space available, we never had to worry about finding a spot for our vehicle.

We stayed at the resort for two days and the overall experience here was good. The rooms were very clean. The staff here were very polite and helpful. The room service was really good. The food was very delicious as well. The pool was also clean as well. The view of nature from the room was very beautiful as well. They serve both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food.

Overall it is a good place for couples and families. The view and the stay is satisfied. Had a good experience with the place and the receptionist Akshay’s hospitality is good. Thank you.

We had 2 days of stay at this resort, personally I feel it's a highly overrated property. Interms of its Pro's: it's a calm location surrounded with Green forest, Room are of decent size and cleaning was also good. Con's: Food is very less variety, also the timing was also having a window of 8.00 to 10 AM. Food quality and taste was average. For the lunch they have asked us to take the food from another rainwood property nearby, that was also pathetic. The swimming pool is of a very small size and seems like it was made for decoration only. Just to showcase it as an amenity. Wi FI connectivity was good. Personally I feel there are many good alternative options within the same budget, also people can try the hotels and resorts which are closer to the city, that will save on time.
