Sky View Resorts

I had the worst experience with sky view resort in terms of service and management. No doubt the view from the room was spectacular. But the most irritating thing about sky view was the receptionist herself, she should do a course on hotel management as she has not maintained such a beautiful property. Service was slow , food was low grade, rooms were not furnished, washroom were smelly

Nov 2024:We were confused by the negative reviews which I believe maybe true but we had no choice so we booked it with no expectation but to our surprise this property was renovated recently. It has huge rooms with a living area with a dining space and a separate room with bed and sofa and has an amazing view and neat toilets. This property is recently painted and renovated it seems. Its a worth stay with family ot friends. It has the best views . Food may take 2-3 hours preparation time, they have in hose chef - food costs 500-700 for two people. What we loved was the view to the mountains and the size of the room. To add on I received the whatsapp greeting from the hotel explaining me the routes to reach the property and they allowed us to checkin by 11 .

We stayed for 2 nights.Rooms are spacious but the service is not upto the mark.They told breakfast will be ready at 8.30am and we waited for almost 45 minutes still it wasn't ready. Dining area is very bad and even plates didn't seems to be clean and neat.We won't suggest this place for family.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 days . I must say the experience was worst. Though the hotel looked clean and neat and rooms were spacious , there is no hot water provided. Our room was on the top 127th room . We have reached hotel at the night the atmosphere was chill so we asked for hot water. Despite asking they have told to use kettle to clean our faces... There is a timing for hot water from 7 30 am to 9 30 am only.. The next morning also we didnot get hot water to bath so we had to rush and change the room... Top floor rooms doesn't get any wifi or signals... If anyone are looking for rooms plz look at the lower floors so you dnt face any problem... Pros : rooms were neat and spacious Cons: No hot water , no wifi and signals , no fan , plugs were not working , kettle is not working and rooms is on the top floor which we have to climb 3 floors up with the luggage.. Very poor service..

Hot water is not available. The Wi-Fi is not working properly. The TV is not available. The staff's service is very poor. The food is also unsatisfactory. The iron box or ironing service is not available. I called the reception several times, but they did not answer the phone. There is a kettle in the room, but it is not working.

"Totally disappointed." They didn't provide the two suite rooms as confirmed, instead they provide a normal room with an extra bed. They did not have the amenities that were listed in the booking confirmation, such as a kitchen with a stove, a TV, a balcony, or a sofa. Also, the hot water was not working, the food was too expensive and there were limited varieties, and that only the breakfast on the second day was good. The parking facility is not proper.

Best place to stay calm near gap road. Room service is pathetic, keep favourite drinks and snacks before check in. Beverage shop is 4km away 🤓

Very nice, neat and calm place. Good Resorts for a day or two stay. Best place to visit for grandparents and kids. Food is hygiene. The most liked thing is we can see Strawberry 🍓 grown in garden also can see fresh vegetables and spices are grown. Hattss off to the entire new team in the Resort for maintaining the best of best services. I personally recommend you to have one time experience. You can notify me while booking and share your experience.
