Stayed for 3 nights and had a nice holidaying experience! Hospitality at its best and a good restaurant attached here. Have a kids play area and a good swimming pool. Have carrom, Table Tennis etc. Very quiet and scenic location and very safe for families and kids. Good supportive staff! This stay made my trip sweetly memorable!

Overall, good service, excellent view, and great communication. We arrived and were already in awe from the amazing sights and cleanliness of the room. We got to experience some attractions during the period of our stay. Staff was happy to help provide us with food, drinks, extra necessities for our needs. The management team were very helpful. They helped us arrange our activities for the day. Please consider staying here, you won’t regret!

Great experience . Very big property . Valley Views was awesome and good food. Furnitures and toilets are really old .Room was really clean.

Place is good as you expect for the price. View from the balcony is top notch. Few cons with my experience 1. Landline in the room was not working. 2. Power has gone multiple times. 3. Wifi is a little slow. 4. It is so spacious that it kind of feels deserted. 5. Maintainance of the table tennis board and snooker board is not good. 6. Hair dryer plug in the washroom is burnt and had to be manually adjusted to make it work.

The hotel is little far from the town about 18 km but the drive to the resort is amazing ( Arikomban route). The ambience from the property and the food especially the breakfast, rooms and the behaviour of the staff is WOW. But bit away from the main attraction of munnar sight seeing spots But if you are looking to stay in a peacful location in munnar with a great view then u don't have any any other choice.Especially special Thanks to the manager Mr.Midhun and team for the wonderful hospitality
