The service-level was best. The buffet had a good range of varieties. It was fun with the outdoor activities like TT, Star-gazing. Pranisha was good at serving us during our dinners and breakfast!||I would like to add one incident that proved why TAJ is the best in the service.|At the time of checkout, I missed my laptop bag in the reception. I realized when I got a phonecall from Housekeeping team Shivang Kapoor. By this time I had crossed Pune, on way to Navi Mumbai. |To soothen my panic, he offered to courier it to my place. I mentioned to him that my bag contained laptop and some other important stuff. He diligently wrapped the bag and put it in a box before handing it over to courier guy. I received the bag in 2 days.|Additionally, he shared the tracking number too with me and he kept updating me on phone and WhatsApp.||Other person who also coordinated and helpful was Mr. Ritesh Kapoor.|This gesture, in which the staff of Fountain took care of a guest, even after checkout speaks high of the Service Culture of TAJ.

Excellent service, especially Mr. Dinesh Giri and his team (Pranisha) who made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is newly renovated and well appointed rooms. Would highly recommend this property! Excellent breakfast spread including some local specialities

Good property with amazing views, their hotel and restaurant staff is extremely warm & kind. Their food is surprisingly delicious and very good quality. Their chef shashank & team was attentive towards every guests and extremely hospitable. Initially we got rooms which did not have views but we upgraded and got family room since we were a big family. Overall good stay. One request to their house keeping is to be more proactive in their approach, as when we were leaving we had to wait 30 mins for our luggage to be taken then eventually we took it ourselves, as the car isn’t allowed inside.

Loved the overall experience!! Location is beautiful, property is designed and maintained really well. Special mention to staff ,, so polite helpful and always smiling .. I highly recommend fountain resort Mahabaleshwar.. My Son thoroughly enjoyed swimming pool and PS5 in games area. We loved the food !! Yummy and variety of food .. special mention of the chef .. !! Thank you for a pleasant stay fountain Resort staff !!

Beautiful location . Perfect service and ambiance. Guest friendly staff providing excellent service. Food is great but quite expensive.
