Honestly won't be exaggerating, but I was quite emotional during the check-out from this hotel. Literally माझे कंठ दाटून आलेले, as I wasn't feeling of leaving this place. From the moment I checked in until the time I left this wonderful place, I didn't felt once that I am away from home. Each and everything was taken care of. The warm welcome during check-in, the smooth completion of formalities (without any hassle, making one settle in without delay) and their service-orientated professionalism makes the stay worth it. The staff is highly skilled, whether it be the receptionist at the front desk, the security personnel at the entrance or the housekeeping team, they all are fantastic throughout their respective roles. If you're searching for 'hotels in Mahabaleshwar for family', this is the perfect place for you. This property is literally ideal for that typical warm, family-friendly vibe which one hopes for on a trip. The property is absolutely soothing situated in a picturesque atmosphere surrounded by greenery. It offers several charming features that are add-on to its appeal. It has a mini pool, next to it there is an adorable treehouse and a small garden area equipped with swing & slide. Parking is available here although the space is somewhat limited. Talking about the rooms, they are spacious & well-maintained to provide maximum comfort. The beds are cozy, the furnishings are decent and the cleanliness is top-notch. The food is good. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is cordial and at service all the time. Overall we found the hotel neat and clean

The hotel is not worth the cost. The rooms are large but not comfortable.. it's 900 meters from the market and you will have to hire a taxi if you don't have your vehicle 100 Rs. one way is the charge.

It indeed was truly enjoyable and memorable stay. Excellent Food and courteous service. Ambience too is lovely. Neat & Clean Rooms, Responsive staff and well-maintained premises. It was our First visit and we would certainly like to recommend Saket Plaza to all who wish to visit Mahabaleshwar. Please keep it up 👍 Seema & Anil

Parking is limited, Washrooms are too small, Wi-Fi quality is poor, No safety from outside animals such as Monkeys, Rooms are small and congested. Not worthy as compared to price. Reviews given by others are all fake. No recommendations to anybody to stay there.

Very very rediculas for all the things.Rooms are not good for price we paid and one room we took with jaqoozi which is not good in working condition. Restaurant person Nitin is very arrongant who doesnt want to help for children. They never give any flexibility for children. They only want you to pay for every small food you want for kidsss This hotel is not worth at all You should not visit this place even once This is complusion for google to give atleast one star otherwise it goes to minus for overall review

Too good to be true , such a home away from home , would like to go again every year , especially in rains . Excellent clean and neat rooms ,food , the right place for a family/friends get together or a wedding celebration and stay.
