AJ Heritage Resort Ooty by VOYE HOMES

We booked our stay here through a travel agent. Only problem we faced initially was with a confusion in the type of room, as the middlemen had made some mistakes, later the Hotel staff sorted everything well as per our comfort and convenience. This property is in such a good location and well maintained very near to town and all site seeing places. We stayed here for 3 days and had a great experience as the staff was very kind and welcoming. No doubt its a good place with good view good service and especially good food. Food here was top notch, tasty, quality, quantity, hygiene and reasonable prices. I specially visited their kitchen and saw how cleanly it is and how well the food is prepared for the guests. The staff is always ready and happy to help us and they are so kind and well mannered. Thank you AJ Heritage and the Staff for making our stay worth remembering.

Very good location. Couple of days back, we (family) stayed here in a suite room. very spacious, good ambiance, calm and quite place. Well behavior front office staff. Overall excellent 👌

Being into hospitality industry and having such a ruthless lady manager. Who was only concerned about taking the money at the time of check in and check out, they owner never wanted to listen completely ignored their guest was even more worsening. The rooms were kind of ok but one will not get any room service over here. No power back up once the power is down guests needs to adjust in the darkness. The bath rooms were less hygiene no proper flush.

Giving them a review not on the request but from my side because the best things should be appreciated The best stay I could say I lived in till now the room,the service, the food oh my god it was really amazing because it is very difficult to find tasty food in the city but this stay has amazing food quality and quantity the room I stayed in was clean, big enough and also the service provided is just amazing. Please don't go on the negative reviews given even i had a doubt whether I should book them but glad I did or I would have missed this beautiful place Mr.owaize and Manager Surya were really good also the staff was really kind Definitely recommended to one's planning to Ooty as it is near to city Thank you for the wonderful Experience AJ Heritage ❤️

Property seems to be kind of ok. Most of the service staffs were north and still when you need any room service had to go to the kitchen and get it. The receptionist cum manager lady had so much of arrogance and not at all friendly enough.

worst hotel in my experience. very old and smelly. beds with hairs and stains. not worth the price. rats everywhere. very dirty hotel please dont waste your money.

The room service was incredibly efficient and friendly ,with food arriving promptly and perfectly prepared, exceeding expectations for a hotel stay.
