Fantastic place to stay. You can see good view of ooty and race track. Food is awesome but sometime it's not hot due to weather and nominal cost. Only drawback is accessibility. Road is very small, narrow and steep. Service person will not go down and buy anything. You should go by own and get things from down around 2 kms. Either you can walk or drive. But experience drivers for the steep road is recommended. Newbie can't drive to the hotel. Better stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

**⚠️Disappointing Experience – Highly Not Recommended** I stayed at this hotel in the last week of August 2024 and was quite disappointed. The rooms were not well-maintained, which was particularly problematic during the rainy season with temperatures around 13°C. The hotel did not provide adequate hot water; they given only 3 liters for four people. Additionally, the staff were rude and unhelpful. On a positive note, the food was good. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel 💯

Not at all worth the money, very low maintenance theirs no heater facility in the suite room. Service is very pathetic.

This cliff resort is beautiful for night view. Rooms are also very nice and dining area is neat and clean..But they need to improve their kitchen service. Food is ok and not too good. We ordered food around 8pm they deliver it around 10.30 pm. If they improve the kitchen service then this resort will be the most recommended

Three days ago, we went with our family. At first, we liked the location, but when night fell, we started feeling scared because a lot of people were drinking nearby, and we were with our family. The whole room was filled with a foul smell from the bathroom. We had no other option as we had paid 6600 rupees for one night. In the morning, we decided to change the hotel, but when we informed Rani, the manager, she told us that we would have to pay a fine of 1000 rupees as we had booked online. We were very frustrated and left. Not recommended

Beautiful scenery. Excellent service. The food cooked by them was delicious. The rooms n the resort doesn't have room heater, we happened to visit in the season time. The temperature was almost zero. But we enjoyed. Excellent place for kids to enjoy.
