Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was polite and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. A special thanks to Manager Aftab, who was extremely courteous and supportive throughout our stay. He made sure everything was well taken care of and treated us with great hospitality.

Sterling Ooty - Fern hill is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort and world-class service. The staff were very polite and helpful from the start. The check-in process was fast and smooth.||Rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable along with a stunning view. ||The dining experience was exceptional - Lavish breakfast to the diverse restaurant options, every meal was a delight. |The hospitality was top-notch and the staff were incredibly courteous.||If one's looking for value for their hard earned money, this is the place.||I would personally like to thank the gratitude offered by Aftab for arranging a wonderful surprise cake on the occasion of birthday along with a private space for us to have dinner on 18 Aug 25. Professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond the service were impressive.

Beautiful location. Beautiful resort. Good food and commendable service. Although, the condition of the rooms is okay.. not great. In room coffee tea options were not good. Fridge was empty. Had an iron burn mark on the sofa. Basic quality of bed and mattress, not very comfortable. Room size was up to the mark. They upgraded our room to accommodate our pet which was really nice of them.

Location of the Hotel is excellent with mountain view all around. Reception and check-in was quick and hassle free. Stay was excellent. Always smiling staffs were very helpful and cooperative. Best part were the response of hotel staff whenever required. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one.

We had a truly delightful stay at Sterling Holiday Resorts – Ooty Fern Hill. The property is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, and the overall ambience is peaceful and relaxing. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Sudhir, the Room Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and prompt in addressing all our needs, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Equally commendable was Mr. Chandrasekhar, the Restaurant Manager, who ensured that our dining experience was excellent throughout. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the service was consistently warm and efficient. His personal attention to guests really stood out and added a personal touch to our meals. The staff overall were friendly and professional, and the facilities were well-maintained. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ooty. Looking forward to visiting again!

Amazing property!! The location is serene and beautiful! Very accommodating & warm staff! Great hospitality. Food was also amazing & special mention about Ms. Lily who helped us with our food! She was really warm & caring! Also, had a great Spa experience! Jeethu & the therapist both were truly amazing!

We had an excellent time with the family at Sterling resorts; even though our rooms were overbooked, they gave us a free upgrade that made the stay even better with breathtaking views. The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay; particularly the bellboy Sahadevan, who went out of his way to help us during a medical emergency

Had a great experience staying here. Pretty much everything one needs is available in the resort - restaurant, play area, spa, activities, lots of green spaces to walk. Rupesh the guest coordinator was very helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. Only the location was a little issue but I’m told that’s due to the ongoing road works, else they have good connectivity. Would definitely stay here again.
