Aventura Fern Hill

Our recent stay at Aventura Fernhill was nothing short of wonderful. The property itself is incredibly scenic and beautifully maintained — the kind of place where you just want to sit back, relax, and not step out at least for the first day. The surroundings and ambience make it feel like a peaceful retreat. What stood out the most for us was the cleanliness of the property and the outstanding hospitality. A special mention to Deepu and Vishal, who made our stay memorable right from the moment my wife and I entered till the time we left. Their attention to detail was exceptional, whether it was arranging extra plates, serving hot drinking water to the table, or just checking in to ensure we were comfortable, everything was done with genuine care and warmth. And then came the unexpected highlight, a musical jamming session along side born fire - a magical experience! 🎶 Deepu and Vishal are not just great hosts but also talented musicians (drums + guitar), joined by Kunal from the reception. All three turned the evening into such a joyful, musical memory that we will cherish for a long time. Overall, Aventura Fernhill offers not just a stay but an experience , a blend of nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something truly special. 🙂

Rooms and location is great, common washrooms need to be improved. Thanks to Dipu, Kunal, and Vishal for their warm hospitality and wonderful service. Their songs and the bonfire made the evenings memorable. Their respectful attitude and quick assistance truly enhanced our trip experience.

It was a very good experience. I am very happy with the view and services they have provided. It was very good for the ppl who want to spend time with nature. But the only problem is the common washrooms.fortunately we went when nobody is there.so there was no problem with the washrooms. Totally it was worth for the money

It was my first experience to this place. Firstly, I really enjoyed the view. I love the behavior of all staff. All the staff gives respect to everyone. (Especially : Dipu) Rooms were cleaned on time. I request to those who haven't visit this place should visit twice a year. As because everything is available here. Healthy food, cleaned room, & safety. As safety is the most important for girls I prefer girls to visit this safety hotel.

We booked our stay here at the end of May during the Pre-monsoon season. We opted for the hobbit rooms, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room itself was quite cozy and chilly due to the weather. However, it appeared that the room hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. In fact, when I asked the manager to arrange for cleaning, he responded that it was impossible to clean while it was raining. I understand that, but considering we customers have paid for the room, there should be at least some basic service provided, which was quite disappointing. As for the food, it was okay, but the prices were rather high, and they didn't have most of the items listed on the menu because the Chef was unavailable which isn't a concern for the customers, and it was an unsatisfactory response. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was not impressive either. Overall, you might consider booking your stay here to experience the beautiful weather and ambience

The room was proper dusty, like no one even bothered to clean it. Location was alright, but at night there’s zero street lights on the way to the hotel – pure dark vibes. The mattress sheets were grim, smelled rank. The whole cabin’s tiny, nothing in there but a mattress and a couple hooks that’s it. No space to put your stuff or anything. Service was dead too, not helpful at all. The toilet’s shared and honestly looked like a public no proper minging and stunk bad. For the money we dropped, we got absolutely nothing back. Honestly you’re better off finding somewhere else Just speaking facts from my experience.

One of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had in Ooty! The property itself is stunning, but what truly made it special was the warmth of the hosts. Even though it was raining heavily during our visit, they went out of their way to make our experience memorable — from setting up a bonfire to making sure we were comfortable throughout. On the first night, one of the hosts even played the guitar for us, and it honestly made the evening magical. The view from the stay is unreal — it feels like a postcard come to life. I 100% recommend this place. The vibe, the hosts, the recommended café nearby — everything was just perfect. Can’t wait to go back!
