Green casa ooty

The rooms are comfortable. Hot water 24/7 with no issues. The bed is also good and comfortable. You have cupboards for storage and you also have an RO water facility to refill whenever required. You get a kettle in your room if you need hot drinking water. You also have the option to opt for a room heater. You have in-house dine in the option to have food as well. Breakfast included. During the evening you can request a bonfire for an additional charge. The hospitality was also on point. You have good place for parking as well. Overall my experience was amazing and I would rate 5/5

The staff's honesty is next level i forgot my diamond and gold ring in the room but he returned and the behaviour was also very good. Overall a very good experience thanks to the green casa, for Good behaviour staff. Only the room size is small.

Overall average experience as we had some good times and bad times at this resort. Good experience: The resort is outside the city and hence the place is pretty quiet. Night time temprature will drop to chilling 12-13 degree and the room feels soo cold, you get the proper experience of ooty climate. The host was kind and prepared us fresh hot tea when we reached the resort in th evening. Again we requested for late night tea at 10pm and he brought us fresh hot tea. Garden is well maintained and sipping hot tea while seated in the garden at night in a 12-13 degree climate is why we went to Ooty. Bad experience: The road to the resort is so narrow that only one vehicle can pass at that time. You have to pass through some of the stays nearby and if someone parks their vehicle on the road, then good luck finding the owner of that driver to move the vehicle so that you can pass through. When we entered this narrow road, we faced the same issue. Someone had parked their tempo traveler and we had to ask people around with a language barrier to get that tempo traveler out of the road.

We had a very good time at Green cassa. At this place you can appreciate beauty of nature We were 4 adults and 1 children, took 2 rooms seperately at total cost of 6K Breakfast is complementary.Lunch and dinner if you need , have to order in advance( Affordable Price).Car parking space is there.Rooms are good and huge hall for dining , Carrom board for playing, lush green lawn are available.They prefer families more than bachelors Mr.Hamsa at Green cassa is an energetic person and he always took care of our smallest needs and took time to entertain my son.You can also have campfire and other entertainments on informing them in advance. Overall I suggest this place to people from kerala planning one day stay at OOTY RAJEEV VISWANATHAN CALICUT, KERALA

We went as 11 adults and 3 children 1. Not worthy as per cost 2. The open area is very small, But inside the leaving hall is wide, with chairs and tables. 3. Fire Camp they will arrange with extra cost1500/-, but after spending 10-20minutes they will ask us to stop as they don't have permission, even around 9pm itself. 4. Homely Food, taste is good. 5. Resort View is below average. 6. Service is good.
