Location is good. The facilities in the hotel, room, restaurant are good. The staff is pleasant and cordial. However the washroom requires improvement like soap dispensers not working, hand towels not there, shower and mixture not good.

In simple words - AVOID Booking rooms here. The hotel was built as a good property but lacks maintenance and support staff. Stupid of Make My Trip to push this hotel at exorbitant rates. Totally wasted money here The rooms were shabby with broken furniture, lack of proper upkeep. This is pretty much evident everywhere in the hotel, with very few support staff, almost empty floors. Most places had no support staff whatsoever The in-room dining food was really bad and we suffered major food poisoning and stomach upset the next day. Overall it was a very bad stay and would suggest avoiding booking this hotel until the quality improves

Asim mandal and chef tarak were very hospitable and provided extremely satisfying service whenever needed. The stay was comfortable. Food was also good with enough variety and was good for both veg and non veg. All in all will recommend a stay here

The place got amazing view, thats the highlight. In-house service is great but anything out of way sucks. Asked for a cake for my kid first birthday, the chef took order but nothing moved. Even no one did anything even next day when we asked. Though were open to support when asked for anything during breakfasts

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Excellent service and hospitality! Must visit with family. You will enjoy

Location good, rooms are very small like 10x12ft of size. Bathroom less space, no tap water system in the bathroom. In this hotel near about 70rooms but for their customers food menu available only 10nos. Which is insufficient where egg omlette price 300 rupees plus GST extra. Cleanliness not as expected. Amenities very less like snooker table broken, badminton court in worst condition, sufficient TT bats and ball not available, overall playing zone in bad condition. Service very good. Food service in room very much costly.

I visited the resort in mid May with a lot of expectations, however disappointed with the room quality, room amenities and poor bathroom space and hygiene against the tariff being charged. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny, Limited in-dining food menu, however breakfast was good. Hotels need to revamp. The location was amazing, absolutely a pleasure to live in, the hotel's compound and garden were well maintained and there was a breathtaking view of the sky, Ooty city and surrounding Nilagiri hills.

This Hotel Probably provides the best view of ooty city. It is location on a hill towards Tea Factory. The Rooms are located with nice views from windows. The room service is very good. The food is tasty. The Games Arena provides few options to play with kids. Some of the day items there would need replacement. The property is old and hence there is a raw smell in the corridors but it's okay it doesn't interfere in the rooms which are well maintained and serviced well. The Reception persons are very helpful and takes care of your convenience. The Access road from Tea Factory is not in good shape and need repairs.
