We had a very pleasant family summer vacation in Ooty for 7 days and enjoyed our stay in the Oxygen resort for the final 2 days. This is a Gothic style vintage property with some ongoing maintenance works. It is close to the busy town, yet very peaceful. Both Shiny & Karthik were really helpful in providing us a superior room with extra beds for kids. Food was tasty, well-served & reasonably charged. Special thanks to the F&B all-in-all, Mr. Jojumon. Security staffs were friendly too. Highly recommended.

We had a six-day stay at Oxygen Resorts in Ooty, and I must say that my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff at Oxygen Resorts was friendly and accommodating. In particular, Karthik at the front office stood out with his polite and helpful nature. He ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, there were a few areas that left me less satisfied. The most significant letdown was the quality of food. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with the meals being disappointing in terms of taste, variety, and presentation. Another drawback was the absence of WiFi availability. Additionally, the resort's location at the entrance of Ooty, beside the main road, was a double-edged sword. While it provided easy access to the town's attractions, it also meant that the noise from passing vehicles could be quite bothersome.Despite the aforementioned shortcomings, Oxygen Resorts in Ooty still has its merits. The vintage look, friendly staff and pleasant ambience contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's not highfi latest property. Basically if our mind understands OLD is GOLD. It suits us. It's heritage one. |The staffs behavior excellent. Head person Mr Karthik nice guy. Who guided & serviced us the best in his power. And more over fine

Location is just to the gate of Ooty and little far from city centre .As it's beside highway transportation is good and available. We got double deluxe room which is separate from the heritage suit.Water ,room heater ,salt,sugar,tea bags,coffe pouch were provided as basic amenities. Room,breakfast, Lunch/ dinner was included in our package. Breakfast was not buffet .Hence choice was upto them.Taste was very average.We took dinner as part of the package and it was quite a task to finally receive the food at night as ordered.Taste was again flat but portion was good enough (1 plate for 2). Property is surrounded by nice garden and they also arrange bonfire at night if requested. In terms of service- no.of staff is very less.I have noticed a person who is present in reception, arranges room and he is only available at any request.There is one more person taking care of food related services.Hence may be there is always delay in getting any kind of service. Property is nice however if the quality of service can be improved it will be a great place to stay.

Our stay was from the 8th to the 10th of April. We had the worst time in the resort. The facilities were extremely poor. It was freezing cold in the morning and there was no hot water. We were forced to manage with cold showers. On top of that, the manager Kartik was excessively abusive when we wished to click some pictures at a certain spot. He threatened to hit one of our friend and pushed him when things got heated. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience with limited to no assistance and a disrespectful staff.Would not recommend a stay.
