The Byke Select - Sunshine Grand (Ooty)

It was a pleasant stay in Byke. Located On a hill but not having enough parking.Room service is good. Dinning also very good having veg buffet with reasonable price.Food taste was good with wide varieties. Morning complementary breakfast was very good with more varieties.All the staff members were kind and generous. View from roof top was nice.Located very near to all prime tourism places.Have Games room as well for refreshment.

We visited this hotel last week and booked three rooms. Unfortunately none of our rooms had the hill view as we got road side rooms so we were very disappointed. They provide hot water and WIFI throughtout the stay. The best thing about this hotel was the compliemtary food(brekafast/dinner)we opted with our room booking. I would like to give a special thanks to the chef Mr.Tararam who cooked yummy delicious vegetarian food. Overall it was a hassle free stay with kind staff. Suggestion. :The indoor play zone for kids needs some upgradation.

I had a mixed experience with this hotel. Initially, I had booked a Super Deluxe Room and immediately made the token payment to hold the booking. When I asked for the confirmation voucher, the staff simply said, “Trust me, your room is booked.” Even after 24 hours, I didn’t receive any confirmation, and when I followed up again, I got the same response — “Don’t worry, we’re holding your booking.” Unfortunately, at the very last moment, I was informed that the Super Deluxe Room was sold out and only a Deluxe Room was available. I had no option but to downgrade, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional. That being said, once I checked in, the hotel itself was really nice. It had a family-friendly atmosphere, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the food was delicious.

Very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel has a nice view from rooms. The staffs are very helpful and cordial. I coming from Kolkata met with Sabir (Laden), a person who takes care of house keeping, is a very helpful person and took care of all our needs. I came with my family to stay and must recommended.

Location was good near to city, but room quite not upto the mark ,all furnitures are old and damaged and specially bathroom was having leakage issue. Things can be more better. Restaurant service was good and mr.nandakumar very supportive and helpful. Keep it up 😊

Very good comfortable stay in the hotel. The hotel has nice view from rooms. The staffs are very helpful. a person who takes care of house keeping, restaurant food quality and morning breakfast is very nice , the staff is helpful person and take care of all our needs. Highly recommend for budget friendly hotel with great services. We recently stayed at The Byke Sunshine Grand - Ooty, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is decent, provides all the basic facilities you need, and is reasonably priced. The view from my room was lovely, especially in the morning. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The front desk managed check-in and check-out efficiently, helped carry our luggage to our room and back to car, answered our questions promptly, and ensured we felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food. Their hospitality was excellent. Thanks to all the staff member who made our stay more comfortable.

The Byke Sunshine Grand Ooty is a very nice hotel to stay in, especially for those visiting Ooty on a budget.
