Green casa ooty

We had a wonderful stay here. Staffs were so friendly and we were having a homely feel. The food (breakfast) they provided was delicious. They have also arranged alfham for dinner which was so so sooo tasty. We will definitely recommend this to everyone and we will visit again. The ambience of this property was so nice. The property was also pet friendly so does the staffs (especially Abdul ikka).

We had a wonderful stay at Green Casa Ooty once again! We stayed here about 4 years ago and was delighted to return. One of the best parts of the experience is the food — the chef and my friend Abdul Hakkim prepared the same delicious dishes I enjoyed years ago, and the taste is just as amazing as I remembered. The resort offers a comfortable stay, great service, and a warm atmosphere. The staff are attentive and welcoming, which made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ooty — especially if you’re a foodie who appreciates tasty, freshly prepared meals!

The rooms are comfortable. Hot water 24/7 with no issues. The bed is also good and comfortable. You have cupboards for storage and you also have an RO water facility to refill whenever required. You get a kettle in your room if you need hot drinking water. You also have the option to opt for a room heater. You have in-house dine in the option to have food as well. Breakfast included. During the evening you can request a bonfire for an additional charge. The hospitality was also on point. You have good place for parking as well. Overall my experience was amazing and I would rate 5/5

We stayed in Green Casa Ooty for 2 days. Location is 1KM inside to the Main road, road is not in good condition. Food prepared by Cook is tasty and good. Staff is supportive. Heaters are available upon request.

The staff's honesty is next level i forgot my diamond and gold ring in the room but he returned and the behaviour was also very good. Overall a very good experience thanks to the green casa, for Good behaviour staff. Only the room size is small.

Overall average experience as we had some good times and bad times at this resort. Good experience: The resort is outside the city and hence the place is pretty quiet. Night time temprature will drop to chilling 12-13 degree and the room feels soo cold, you get the proper experience of ooty climate. The host was kind and prepared us fresh hot tea when we reached the resort in th evening. Again we requested for late night tea at 10pm and he brought us fresh hot tea. Garden is well maintained and sipping hot tea while seated in the garden at night in a 12-13 degree climate is why we went to Ooty. Bad experience: The road to the resort is so narrow that only one vehicle can pass at that time. You have to pass through some of the stays nearby and if someone parks their vehicle on the road, then good luck finding the owner of that driver to move the vehicle so that you can pass through. When we entered this narrow road, we faced the same issue. Someone had parked their tempo traveler and we had to ask people around with a language barrier to get that tempo traveler out of the road.
