NillThe Rangers Reserve is located in Jim Corbett reserve near Sitabani and Bhandarpani safari Gate. The resort is an old and large one (~40 acres) loaded with scenic beauty and peace. One can drive car till Amgarhi (अमगढ़ी) village from where the Gypsy of the resort will pick up and will take to resort which is inside jungle (~3-4 kms from Amgarhi village). SUVs may be driven directly till resort. Walking in nature is a necessary part of the resort as one has to walk ~300 metres from rooms to restaurant. The resort provides Free Wi-Fi which compensates for mobile networks. The resort has a cafeteria too near rooms to provide snacks and odd time meals. The food quality and taste is good. Overall it is a good resort and recommended for at least one visit. The resort has large gardens with swings and chairs to sit and relax. The staff behaviour is hospitable and supportive. A piece of advice : Take your necessary and desired items with you upfront (Ramnagar is the nearest city) as it will take a drive of ~45 mins to reach nearest city in case it is required. CAUTION: Not Recommended for Pregnant women and Elderly people as the way to resort goes through jungle and there is no road (its a kachcha path with stones hnce quite a bumpy ride). Unquote: The resort needs maintenance ( doesnt seem to run in profits) but the location and views compensate for that. As informed casually by workers, ITC is going to take over the resort shortly which will substantially improve the maintenance part. Looking at maintenance part, the charges may be reduced for tourists to ensure value for money.

NillWe had a fantastic stay at Rangers Reserve! The resort is beautifully nestled in nature, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the jungle. The staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food was delicious, with a great mix of local and continental options. We loved the jungle safari and nature walks—truly a paradise for nature lovers! If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with family, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★★We were 5 families visited in November 2024 . About the property its very nice and in the dense forest, has a lot of green open area, last 1KM from Pandey Maggi point to the resort is full off road and its really an adventures trail , your 2x2 with low ground clearance is not suitable here . only 4x4 with high ground clearance can make it to the resort.||1 Pros: Property is really beautiful , a lot of open space , the Bamboo tree roads in side the resort is amazing for capturing photos and videos.||Many Cons: Poorly maintained , pathetic service in the restaurant , they cant manage the load of just 5 to 6 families having breakfast at same time , same at the dinner time. The time slot of dinner is start around 9pm and closed by 10.30pm ( pathetic) same is the time of breakfast in the morning . Staff is not helpful , waiting time is too high for any thing you order , Food is below average , Tea is really pathetic and served cold . golf carts turns into junkyard and they have only one Gypsy which will take you to the restaurant . The reason this property entice you is its location and open space , i bet once you visit you never want to re visit because of the very poor services . The location is a bit far , its on the sitabani road and around 25KM far from the Kosi river Barrage . Room charges are also on higher side they give you a day package including breakfast , lunch and dinner and you will really disappoint when you see what is being served in the breakfast , lunch and dinner ( with very limited option ) , you can image they dont serve "Paranthas" which is a staple diet for any north indian.

NillThis place is complete crap ... Stayed twice with worst of experience in every manner..one cant even think of the response that staff have for the visitors ..there is termite all over the property n more worsening is the condition inside the room ..Doors windows , bed and chairs every wood is rotten like hell .. even dharamshala are far better .. in the entire day they had provided electricity for hardly 6 hours ..and after complaining they were not even interested addressing as if they are doing favour for 6 hours .. their head office number never works .The owner is also out of reach ..Once you reach this place you will be at your own risk ..after power cut their landlines doesn't work ..visitors are at their own peril and risk ..there is no support what so ever ..these people are literally cheats and fooling their visitors .. I think tourism department shall look into it and take strict actions these crooks and I will make sure to share with the concerned people in the department..

NillI recently had the pleasure of staying at Rangers Reserve, Ramnagar with my friends and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location of the hotel was simply perfect, nestled in a serene part of the city that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to all major attractions. The hospitality of the staff members was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The food at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to have dinner outside our room, which added a special touch to our dining experience.

NillThe hotel is in a beautiful jungle setting with charming cottages. The staff is polite and hardworking. However, the hotel feels old and needs urgent renovation. The linens, like tablecloths, towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers, are dirty and old, which is unhygienic. There was a miscommunication about an anniversary cake and decorations; I was quoted ₹2,000, but when the cake arrived, it was inedible. At checkout, I was charged ₹2,500, meaning I overpaid for a bad cake. These areas need improvement.

★★★★Rangers Rivers is a small bit beautiful resort which is isolated from main road and thus is very peaceful and away from any noise and brings you with nature.|Its in overall Ramnagar Corbett area across Kosi river. Driving to rseort is very beautiful amiongst lush green forests on both sides with very less traffic and also borders one Corbett safari area along way||Its 1.5 km from main road and this 1.5 is totally adventours type drive as its only mud and stones and very narrow path called a road, if it was.|Suggested to park vehicle on mail road, one staff helps at Rs 100 per night and then take the Gypsy provided by resort for to & fro complimentary pick and drop from that point.||Resort is very lush green and many varieties of trees plants. Its surrounded by lush green forests from all side and one dry river borders it. It may be filled in rainy season.|Rooms are nice and good and with big verandah where you can even lie down and watch nature.||They serve food here (no other choices), its a good mix of different items though not very rich collection. I didnt like the food and service.||But overall i will recommend one day of total peaceful stay amongst beautiful landsacpe and wide views of lush green hills and forests.
