Bedbugs, rodents, lacey is a horrible landlord/ person who will threaten to evict you over litterly nothing. I watched her evict 60+ year old people over not shutting a door...

It has been quite the experience lots of different people hospitable and it's clean and kept up and it can withstand huge earthquakes

I called the '311' police line to report witnessing heroine use in unit 311 last night at 2'ish AM. I also emailed Backpackers this morning about the incident. Have you (Backpackers) done something about this? Don't support, don't tolerate heroine use. This must stop.
