★★This hotel needs a serious remodel. The hallway carpet is being held together by duct tape, and it smells old & dirty. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, crumbs left on side tables. The bed is super soft, not in a good way, no support whatsoever!

★★★★Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Alaska this one had the best black-out curtains. Also a separate living room with a door for privacy. Bathroom was fine and location was walking distance to downtown stuff. Quiet hotel only thing is the carpeting needs changed throughout with new carpet this place would really look better. Other than that place is clean and comfortable and quiet, as Marriott purchase these there is no free b=fast 17$ Would stay again.

★★★★I stayed here after returning from a few days in Seward. The hotel is in a downtown location, close to the Anchorage Museum, 5th Avenue shopping mall and other downtown sites. The room was a one-bedroom suite, with a separate bedroom and living room, including two TVs. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, outside of the shower/toilet area, which is not something I prefer. The room was clean and updated, had a nice view of the city, and windows that open for a breeze, since air conditioning is not usually needed in Anchorage. The hotel offers free parking, which is not common with other downtown hotels in this city. If you’re looking for a hotel for business or leisure travel to Anchorage, you should consider the Four Points by Sheraton.

★★★★★I would like to give a big Shoutout to Leise at the Front Desk. Leise provided excellent service and was very professional. She also recognized my husband from a trip a few years ago. She is a natural in hospitality. Thank you for hosting us. 🙌🙌

★★The location is great. Staff is friendly. Lack of an airport shuttle a minor inconvenience. Rooms were clean, breakfast ok. |My sleep quality was horrible. The blackout shades are decent. The bed is ok if you like a firm mattress, I guess. The pillows were terrible. Super thin and flat or super floppy. You could not get support. But the worst thing was the room climate control. It bounced between blowing freezing air so that you needed a sweater, then getting so hot you threw off all the covers to not roast only to wake up when the arctic air hit again. This cycle continued regardless of what temp we set it at. |The elevator was disturbingly jerky, too. |Would not stay here again.

★Hotel is incredibly noisy. The traffic is brutally loud and we hadn’t gotten to the bight club noise. We had a sitting room with a TV stand, but no TV. There were no bath towels. When I asked for a quieter room, the desk clerk smirked like she knew what I was talking about, but said there were no rooms available.

★★★It’s tricky to write a review , as on one hand the room was great, the staff so very friendly and helpful, but the area wasn’t great Anchorage has an issue with less fortunate people and the walk back to the hotel made me feel uneasy. Also opposite the hotel is a nightclub with very loud music not the hotels fault but it did impact our nights sleep.

★★This hotel is in a dumpy part of town. To be fair, downtown Anchorage as a whole is a less than desirable place to be. Hardly any people except for those who want to hassle you. Our worst hassle happened midday about 2 blocks from this hotel. The guy was throwing stuff, yelling at us and then proceeded to follow our family of four grown adults all the way back to the fenced in hotel parking lot. It was a scary situation. The hotel obviously can’t help where it is located, but they could do some work to repair things on the property. Not the cleanest place, and our room could have used some repairs (hooks ripped off the wall in the bathroom, etc.). We were supposed to stay here again at the end of our week in Alaska and canceled. Opted to stay elsewhere out of town, which ended up being an excellent choice.
