stayed at this motel for a couple of weeks and had numerous issues with both pricing transparency and the overall experience. The first week cost $445-450, but the second week increased to $500, which included undisclosed fees. A $20 card fee was added without prior notice, and the security deposit refund was reduced from something we both agreed on to later on while checking out, reduced it lower. no explanation. On top of that, unknown fees kept popping up, and the manager tried to persuade us to a higher rate by claiming it's a better idea. sometimes demands payment in cash or has to pay more than what was said before that we've mutually agreed on. The environment was equally disappointing. There were bedbugs, cockroaches, and unreliable maintenance services—basic items like towels were either not provided or delayed. Additionally, there were noisy neighbors, constant yelling, frequent arguments, and even police involvement on multiple occasions. The combination of poor hygiene, disruptive surroundings, and deceptive pricing made this stay incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this motel unless you're severely desperate for somewhere to stay. almost forgot to mention. No microwaves / fridge Others might knock on your door asking if you have one.

Bset Place to stay on a budget, Manager was awesome! Close to the Anchorage Cultural Museum. I stayed there for three nights. It was BETTER than the very expensive Lodge I went to very FAR out on the Alaskan Peninsula! That was about the quality of the fishing. But the sleeping etc., was rough!

$140 cash only for a night on a busy weekend. Mattress and bedding was downright nasty and stank. Towel wasn't clean. No wifi, no toiletries, TV with no service. No room key (had to be let in manually by front desk.) when I went to bed the car was on one side of the lot, and when I woke up it was sitting on the opposite side and I don't know how. The homeless people were annoying around the property. I did not notice cockroaches or bed bugs. I would not stay here unless it's your last option. The diveyness was comical and nothing truly bad happened.

I'm a cheapskate, no-frills, tough-it-and-rough-it male traveler who can put up with a lot. But even I cannot justify spending $150/night for 2 whole nights without hot water IN ALASKA! The Filipino desk clerk really tried... but he's rearranging chairs on a sinking ship.

I stayed there about 10 days ago and it is the worst hotel in Anchorage and probably all of Alaska. A dry cabin would have been better. I got a room that was supposedly had just been remodeled and I was the first one in there since the remodel. There was NO door on the restroom, NO table, NO sheet on the bed. The bed was NOTHING more than a roll-away. They have to put a high type of cyclone gate do to all of the homeless and vagrant people around the hotel. There is graffiti all over the outside walls along the street. There was a gentleman yelling half the night in the inside courtyard. There was also someone sitting outside a room down by the office that was coughing half the night like they could not get their breath.

Worst place ever super expensive overheard the Asian owner/manager telling his employee “I need that room back” right after I paid and checked in 30 min later the door of my room opened and employee looks at me and says “oops thought this room was empty” later that night windows started breaking one after another (they were replacing them) in the middle of the night super sketch place avoid at all costs

This place needs to be shut down and then tore down. It is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever seen. The guy showed us around and kept saying "its not bad right" but there were roaches crawling around, beds were slept in and never fixed or cleaned the room smelled horrible like a dumpster. The one room had boards put up across where the window use to be. Then he shows us a different room that was just as nasty and said we could stay there for just $950 a month. We got the hell out of there and I will never go back. Absolutely disgusting place. If I could rate this place negative 1,000 I would it deserves every bit of it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Showed a room and I knew right away I would have to check for bedbugs and yup there was bedbugs so we were offered another room. My friend paid for her and I for a week and I have kept the receipt and the owner would not let me back in after being gone for a few days. We were talking to him with the payee right there and the receipt with my name in it right in my hands and he grabs the receipt from my hands tore it up and threw it in the dumpster. Plus they do not offer key cards to most rooms you will have to ask an employee to unlock the door for you. AC/heater not working. No hot water. Shower head broken. No working room light. Fake fire sprinkler. No smoke alarm detector. This place needs to be shut down.
