Staybridge Suites Anchorage, an IHG Hotel

I'm obsessed with their beds and pillows! I slept so great! So many drawers to keep everything organized too! Huge rooms and it felt like home away from home! I loved the complimentary laundry services! The washers had so many options, rather than the 30 minute standard coin operated washers you find in so many other hotels. Friendly staff! so helpful! I love this place, I'm not staying anywhere else!

From the airport pickup to the amazing breakfast to the welcoming, friendly staff... Simply great. I've stayed at a lot of IHG properties and this has to be one of the best. I cannot think of another hotel offering 4+ types of fresh fruit. The staff were so welcoming, especially Dani and Tammy. I cannot think of another manager who works the front desk with such joyful cheer and welcoming attitude wanting us to have the best visit from the time we walked in the door. The rooms were clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. There were a lot of folks out in the neighborhood walking around and Staybridge has done a great job to keep everything safe from the parking lot to the key-tap entry for all entryways. As two women, we're cautious when traveling and everything felt very safe. If I'm thinking of a negative, the only thing that I can think of would be the sometimes limited vegetarian-friendly options during the social hour in the evening. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

It is surrounded by a gate so that is very great ;) Very, very close to groceries and some of the best food in town Moosetooth and The Rickshaw. The beds and rooms are very awesome. Free laundry! I just paid $9.50 at two hotels...for one load!!!! Today a guy was blowing rocks with a leaf blower with cars in the parking lot. It seemed INSANE to me. If I had a nice car I honestly would've got him arrested for damages to my paint.

Check in was easy and the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was far more spacious than I was expecting. The bathroom had everything I needed. The kitchen had anything I would need to get/make food for myself. The social hour was great with great food and drink options. Breakfast was constantly varying and although I didn’t always like the rotating option, there was always something I could enjoy.

Overall I had a good stay and would like to give a higher rating however, the staff customer service greatly lacked and it was clear they haven’t been trained . Upon checking out I visited the front desk and asked for a receipt. As the women behind the counter helped me another Staybridge employee was sitting at the barstool on my side of the counter . It looked like I an interrupted something they were either working on or discussing however, it was clear by the body langue and tones in the voices it was clear they didn’t want to deal with any customers . The women wearing a Staybridge shirt seated on the bar stool made some unnecessary rude comments about my appearance as I was waiting right to my face. Keep in mind this was first thing in the morning . There was no apologies what the employee said . A simple how was your stay , thanks for visiting and safe travels would have done just fine .

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The amenities the hotel had were super nice! The check in process was super easy. They lock the building to ensure secure perimeters so just don’t walk into the second set of the sliding doors, but it makes sense though. The pool and hot tub were nice.||The room location (346) was super convenient as there’s a 3rd elevator over there and a side exit: I was able to remote start my rental to warm it up and be able to just hop in and go! ||Only recommendation I would add is add a desert at the social haha.

This hotel offered the best of everything !, the staff Tammy,Pa,Sylvie,Jeannie and everyone else were so helpful with everything ever needed. Wonderful breakfast and Happy hour with heaps of choices. Hotel spotless and modern , loved free washing facilities and airport shuttle. We had booked another hotel to stay after visiting Brooks Falls, but knew we were in the best so left all our belongings including money and passports knowing the security at this hotel was brilliant . On our second arrival greeted like family , we cannot recommend anything better.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, When staying away from home for extended periods it can get lonely, there were a few who went the EXTRA mile to make me feel at home. Danni always working, but learned my name right away and always made time to stop and say hi and ask if I needed anything . John and Garrett offered good conversation, both always super helpful. Sue Anne was always a joy to see in the mornings, Sylvia was always smiles and made me feel welcome. Thanks for an amazing stay!
