Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and pool are enjoyable if you time it right without the amount of kids that enter at the same time. Kids running in their room above my room at night. Make sure to ask for a room on the top floor to avoid the noise

Great experience. Easy check in and out. Staff was nice place was clean. Very nice location for hockey tournaments, shopping and other sporting events. Even though there are a lot of homeless in this area, the staff does a good job at making visitors feel safe.

The rooms were amazing and incredibly clean upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable. I loved their continental breakfast and the pool was spot on clean, towels always available. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was Great! I highly recommend this Hotel. close to the airport. great shuttle service the driver was helpful and informative when we asked him questions agouti the area. the restaurant was great too. The bartenders were fun and made sure that everything we order was brought out in a timely manner. very nice people working there.

The rooms were solid and ran into zero issues. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty. The location is fantastic. Special thanks to Vishnu Thankachan. I forgot my headphones when I checked out and I contacted the hotel and Vishnu made sure to mail my headphones all the way to California which is where I live. Thanks Vishnu.

Updated 2025.02.20. Hyatt Place Anchorage Midtown offer airport shuttle service, complementary breakfast Mondays through Fridays 0600-0930, Saturdays and Sundays 0600-1000. Parking on the property is provided free of charge. Indoor swimming pool, exercise room available access through your room card. Ice machines available on the second and fourth floor. Beds are on the soft side, walk-in shower with a shower head, not handheld. No grab bars by the toilet, but was manageable. Sounds can be heard by passerbys through the door and window. Daily room make-up is available when you are at a certain loyalty level which we weren't. So additional items like extra coffee or towels may be requested at reception.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Puni in the bar is amazing! Had some issues with it being to hot in my room and they were resolved within a day. They kept the sidewalks free of ice and snow which was very appreciated. The hotel wildlife was an added bonuses - bunny rabbits.

The rooms were incredibly clean. The rooms had a modern decor. The hotel has a great breakfast that comes with your room. The hotel has a bar with a limited selection of food in the evening. I found the desk clerks very helpful when I needed assistance getting some documents printed.
