Crowne Plaza Anchorage-Midtown

I rented the room for 2 nights, things were great, its a safe location and I didnt worry about security. My daughter rented an ajoining room, so that was great. the room was very spacious and plenty of room for me to get around in a wheelchair. We were able to enjoy the Pool the first night, but something broke, and we were referred next door. Which was concerning, but, the other Pool was nice.

The staff were so friendly - they made storing bags (both on arrival and departure day easy). The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower was clean and strong water pressure. I think you can pay a different rate for breakfast - I wish it had been included. The hotel bar is friendly, say hi to Stephanie the bartender for me. The free shuttle was great. Very close to restaurants and coffee for walk if needed. The lobby has a nice sitting area with tea/water/coffee and a fire place.

After 5 nights at another hotel I checked in here for work. The beds were very comfortable and showers had amazing water pressure. Would have loved a free breakfast but gov rate didn’t include that. Very close to airport with free shuttle. Able to walk to Starbucks and other restaurants. Stephanie at the bar is the best. Spent every night with her. Front desk staff was so friendly. Tea and water in the lobby.

The three best things about the Crowne Plaza Anchorage were: Mary at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful including a suggestion for a place to get pizza. Vee at the front desk was also very helpful getting my materials for a workshop I conducted in the meeting room. And Oscar did an excellent job setting up the meeting room and preparing breakfast buffets two mornings.

Good place to relax while waiting at the airport. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is very convenient while traveling. Lounge is a nice place and has great service and the workers are funny and keep it interesting

We come when visiting family. This is our preferred hotel. The rooms are well maintained but it is time for a room/bathroom remodel. The drapes especially need repairs. This is a quiet hotel so a good nights sleep remains undisturbed. Tomika, the manager, goes above and beyond! We will be back.

Close to everything but supercenter stores. Clean room and very nice and helpful front desk. Very friendly and insightful shuttle drivers. If you’re as dumb as I am, there is a 3rd set of curtains behind the nearly see through ones. Was eyeballing the green front set, that is set and unmovable, for two days lol. Great front desk got me straightened out it seconds time. I’m socially anxious if you’re wondering what took me so long. Been here going on a week and I leave in 6 days. If this stands, unedited, than service was excellent everyday through. Pool is operational and open!
