NillWe arrived late at night. looking over the first room we found a 🪳 in the shower. We took a quick video and killed it and left it for them to look over. When showing the front desk person this they said man that's gross and then a long pause. So what do you want to do. get a new room or something? We said yes or housekeeper something done would be nice please. The front desk person got it all worked out. The next room we looked over was very nice no bugs clean and a nice view we had a nice stay after 🪳

NillThis place was okay. Not too terrible, but the prices of the snacks were a bit higher than normal. Pretty much everything on the first floor had a prices that several times more than normal. I assume it's for convenience but still a little drastic. Staff kept our rooms clean and were very nice and professional. So the facilities themselves were great! No other issues besides that first floor store. Decent experience overall.

NillNo I do not recommend. Horrible nights sleep. Room facing the in n out burger and highway. Noise from traffic all night long and revving engines. Planes flying directly overhead. Couldn’t change my room all the courtyard facing rooms taken apparently. Best they would do is offer me points. I would avoid this property. Here for 2 nights work but not getting any sleep.

NillBy far the worst Aloft location I’ve stayed at. 1. Noise Levels – The building has absolutely no soundproofing. I could hear conversations from inside and outside (third floor) as if they were in my room. The street noise was unbearable—cars racing by made it feel like I was sleeping at a racetrack. It was impossible to get any real rest. 2. Parking – Parking is managed by a third-party system located on the opposite side of the building. Inconvenient and frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with a poor stay. 3. Bathroom Layout – The restroom setup is not guest-friendly. The sink is ridiculously small (think fishbowl), and there’s barely any space for two people to get ready at the same time. The only redeeming quality? The bed—very comfortable. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it because of the constant noise. And the worst part? I’m booked for three more nights… UGH!

NillHorrible hotel. I booked my room 2 weeks ago for a kind size. When I arrived they gave me handicap room (nothing wrong with it) with the exception of the shower that was designed as low as your chest. Which means I have to shower sitting down. When I went down to discuss this situation I was told they have overbooked the hotel and my luck I was moved to this room even if there was more rooms available at the time of my booking. I explained the shower situation and I was told to use one hand holding the shower!!!! I just can’t comprehend the audacity as it’s mind boggling to despise in such way! This situation went back and forth for 25 minutes after a long long day. Of course I missed my dinner plans due it and then finally and after back and forth they were able to give me a regular room (magic). I don’t recommend this place and I am going to stop Marriott BS hotels. Over priced and horrible business and customer experience

NillI’ve stayed here a bunch and hands down this was my best stay to date. Rooms have always been clean but now the housekeeper is adding a nice touch but leaving a handwritten note each day, often with an inspirational quote. It just gives vibes that she cares and takes pride! Front desk folks were super friendly, wasn’t always the case in the past. Super welcoming and outgoing. Every morning there was a friendly greeting and they definitely remembered their guests. Bar was also great. Just super friendly bartenders that also took the time to get to know you. In the past I complained about some of the rooms here because they face the highway and you’ll definitely hear traffic. However if you request a poolside room you won’t have any issues. All in all, something has changed about this hotel and for four days it felt like home. Special shout out to Dalton, Ashley and Char.

NillThe room was loud with road noise all night, and the curtains let in too much light. I’ve stayed here twice for work and had the same experience both times. Book somewhere else if you want a good night’s sleep.

NillGood location near ASU. But beware, very close to xway and another busy street. Absolutely unable to sleep because of the noise. If you must stay here definitely get a room on the pool side of the hotel. I wondered why there were ear plugs in the room. Just stay somewhere else. Definitely not worth it..
