NillA unique airbnb style hotel that's close enough to the convention center that you can walk, but far enough away that you're out of the loud and busy. Staff were professional and polite and responded immediately. Room was well kept, clean, and had all the necessities and extras to make for an enjoyable stay.

NillLovely little boutique hotel with an adorable private common patio and accommodating staff. It's self-check in but the team is quick to respond to questions via email/booking app. There's even a small storage space to hold your luggage before checking in. The area itself is nice and relatively quiet, and inside only minimal noise can sometimes be heard from other rooms in the hallways (like faint muffled tv). The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and functioning well. I'll definitely be back.

NillTwo stars; value and location. Where did other stars go? The place is FAR SMALLER than what you see in pix. There are not enough spaces to put down anything. No table, just a small drawer. Nowhere to sit inside of the room besides the bed. Wall is thin. There was a baby on the other room and kept crying as loud as the baby can. I did not raise the concern because I understand it's not easy to be a parent and I sucked it up, but letting you know the wall is THIN and there were constant noises. Bed is plushy and you will sink. We did not have a good sleep during our weekend getaway and this ruined some of our experience. Budget trip sucks– blaming self to not make stupid money to stay somewhere fancier. Wifi does not work well– or should I say at all? In today's world, this is no excuse. Talked to the customer rep and was not solved. The hotel does not accept American Express. Street/meter parking was easy and if you download Park Smarter app, it's far less hassle. I will not be back. This was a horrendous experience and now my girlfriend hates to be in SD for getaways.

NillThis is not a boutique hotel. This is essentially a rooming house turned airbnb. If i wanted a airbnb I would have booked one. There is no 24/7 front desk, there is no cleaning service. There is no Kleenex, bar soap, shower cap or anything that comes standard in a hotel. There is no deadbolt on the door and no safe in the room. There is no desk and chair as posted on the website nor is there attraction discounts or an ice maker. The room is very small and there is no surface to place your items other than the floor. There are no chairs and the only place to sit is the bed which I found uncomfortable. You are emailed the front door code and your room code from a sketchy email. There is what looks like a condo being built across the street so for the next year expect dust, loud jackhammering, crane beeping, nail guns starting very early. The shower is extremely small, takes forever to heat up and is a generally unpleasant and unclean space to be in. Upon check in we realized the conditioner container had no lid on it so the shower was emptying directly into it. When emailing asking for a cover I had to follow up three times to only be told it was cracked and a replacement part was coming but not until after checkout. The location is not accessible there is a staircase to get up to the front door and second floor. The location is fine in Cortez hill but I wouldn’t recommend staying, just book an airbnb or real hotel.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The host was exceptionally accommodating, offering great local tips.

NillI stayed here via Airbnb and the host was so welcoming. He let us leave our bags after check out to explore the city and the room was clean and even better than we'd hoped. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a place near the airport/tourist attractions, well worth the price!

NillWe really had a cool time at this place, very quiet, clean, and the staff always available for answering question, I loved that attention! You could enjoy coffee for free, and it’s very near of little Italy and gaslamp; I will definitely book again on my next trip!!
