The hotel is very beautiful, kids loved the coy fish ponds and kind housekeeping allowed my daughters to help with feeding. We payed for breakfast included for a room with my reservation being for 4 people, yet I only got to breakfast tickets. Also description give online said buffet breakfast yet breakfast was unconventional and menu made little sense for being near so many family attractions. The weather was cold in the evening yet onsite heating patio locations were all missing cushions and were obviously set up to not me used it was very unfortunate. I had never statyed at a crown plaza and even though it was a beautiful hotel I was fairly disappointed.

A stupid scammer called our room around 1030pm. And told us we gotta give our card info to them over the phone because there's been some mistake when they held the deposit for the room. And said they will give us 30% extra for the inconvenience. Me and my husband, said we would just go down the lobby and check in with the front desk ourselves. Thankfully, we did. Cause he was a scammer. He was calling the lobby downstairs when we got there, too, and the employees notified us that it's been weeks since the gentleman has access to call straight to the phone for each room. If this had been going on for weeks, it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time when we checked in. We were sleeping when this phone call came in, and now we can't even go to sleep thinking someone is watching our room. So if this ever happens to you out of town. Do not provide your payment info and go down to the lobby to check it yourself. Woke up this morning and check out. Notified the front desk, that's it's a courtesy to let people know when they check in about the scammer calls because what if the "elder people" fall for the scam and all he said was he would let the manager know when he gets in. Also, prior to our check into our room, there's this biggo peep hole in our door. Our room was the only room that has it. But overall, it's a beautiful hotel with a nice heated pool and breakfast was delicious. Shopping mall close by within 5 - 10 mins away. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

I had an overall great day at this hotel. It is very conveniently located, but it does seem to have quite a bit of homeless traffic. I was yelled at by a homeless man walking down the street in front of the hotel. However, the hotel itself is very safe and had a good ambience. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were a few updates that needed to be made to the room, but that did not distract from the overall comfort. The water features are quite nice, and the insulation was enough to keep them from being too loud in the room. I used the fitness center as well, which, although it was small, it was very clean and had a good variety of machines. For the price, comfort, and location, this was a great value and I would stay here again.

The room itself was wonderful. Comfortable and clean and in a nice location. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of food. Bar people were friendly and it was comfortable. The front desk was strange. We cam a bit early and asked if early check in was available. Were told no and to come back. This was strange as we were platinum elite members and the hotel seemed very empty. We came back and the gal at the front desk at that point was friendly and got us checked in. Housekeeping did not clean our room when we got back to the hotel in the evening which again was strange as there were not many guests in the hotel. We were told the hotel had been shut down for three years and opened recently in September of 2024. I get they are trying to work on getting the clientele but might need to step it up a bit at the front desk. Overall it was fine and the room was great. I imagine it might take some time to build up over time. However, I would probably not stay there again.

We did not have super high expectations of this hotel but we were surprisingly happy with our 4 night stay. The room was very nice, the bed was more comfortable than most, the shower was good, the grounds are very nice, the breakfast was yummy and the service in the restaurant was a little inconsistent but mostly good. The hotel isn't walking distance from much but it is not too far (driving distance) to a number of great attractions. Overall, it was a really good stay and we've already booked a return trip.

The staff at this hotel were fantasitc, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic, I could not believe how good it was actually. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend. Only thing I think is not a good value is the parking of $25 per night since there is an abundance of parking available on site.

I stayed here for one night before my early flight the next morning. The place was absolutely huge! It has a really cool old style design with gardens and waterfalls in the middle courtyards. It seemed quiet and secure, at least an off-season it was quite anyways. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and there were also water features as you walked into the lobby. They even had a really nice resident cat greeting people. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and kind. There was also keyed access for parking. It seems like a really great place and I would definitely stay there again. There was shampoo conditioner and body wash in abundance, a hair blow dryer, coffee machine and refrigerator. And I found the bed to be very comfortable as well. My room had a cool balcony which overlooked a serene early morning view with fog rolling on the hills. Can recommend 👌🏼

At first look it looks like it was forgotten in the 1970’s. But the rooms are updated and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Had a burger at the bar and breakfast. Both were excellent. I don’t like buffet dining so I skipped that. Overall great value and cool hotel.
