Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle

Bed and bedding need upgrade. Room was clean but hotel is older and needs remodel. Quiet and great location. Rate was reasonable for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Need sundries shop. Small coffee shop very close by. We didn't try it but it looked convenient. Can't comment on menu or food. We would stay there again.

Positive: I like the room. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom had great water pressure and the water drained properly. I enjoyed my stay. Negative: At 1st I got no eye contact from the desk reception & a dry hello. Just flew 4 hrs into sd. I do not expect a red carpet greeting, but a welcoming greeting is always charming. Checkin at 4pm, but i was under the impression 3pm. I waited and got my room.

It’s a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Check in was simple and true to what the website was charging. Check out was done online, which is very convenient especially if you’re in a rush! Parking was easy. Room was clean. Besides the noisy people upstairs, (which completely not on the inn), it was a great stay.

Laiza at the front desk is truly skilled in hospitality! We checked in late after our Sea World visit which was only less than 4 miles from this location and she made the process smooth and easy. Also her willingness to go the extra mile was a great second impression as we stayed ath this property once in 2019. We love love loved the pool and the jacuzzi was nice and pipping hot in fact our toddler asked if it was cooking us lol. The pool hours are long too this place is a true hidden gem and in a prime location. Great family-friendly hotel and quiet at night and you cannot beat the price. The Fashion Valley Mall and lots of stores if you love also shopping. Restaurant was next door looked good. Kudos the management it's nice to see it's still well maintained after so many years.

Room is clean, everything in the room was working properly. Very convenient location to SDSU where we had to attend a graduation. Only downside is parking fee, $20 per night is a bit too high. Check in was also fast, also liked the option of checking out on line.

I stayed with them previously and I had no problems. Service was fantastic, and so was the room. I even thought they had the most comfortable bed I had ever been in. That was not true of this experience. The first thing I was given was the wrong room key. Imagine my surprise when the door opened and there are people already in bed. Of course, we were trying to use the key, and it didn't work. So when they heard the noise of somebody messing with the door they came and opened it which was at the same time my husband tried to open the door. Shock! Went back to the office, and of course, she apologized. Got to the room which was on the side where the construction was at. The next thing was I sat on the bed and nothing like the original bed. This was a queen with a kitchenette. I have never seen something like this before where you have some makeshift stove top cut out with a refrigerator stuffed underneath. I guess kudos for attempting. Went to take a shower, and the water was trickling out. I called the front office and was assured that it was just a momentary issue. It was not! I finally took a shower, and it took over 30 minutes what should have been a 5-minute job. It was so noisy there with kids from Spring Break and some rowing team that was supposed to compete. Between the noise and the uncomfortable bed I didn't get any sleep! So when I went to check out and told the guy at the front what he offered was laughable! A 10% discount. The original room had a king size bed and a walk-in shower. I paid a lot less for that room than I did for the queen with a makeshift kitchenette. What they should have done is offered me a voucher for free night to come back and have a better experience for Discount that room a hell of a lot more!

The room was clean and tidy, although the noise from the neighbouring roads made it clear the soundproofing was inadequate. The staff weren't very friendly, not rude, just wanted to get you checked in and away as soon as possible. It felt like they didn't want to be there. The pool was dirty and unusable during our 3 night visit, it was not cleaned throughout. Parking was plentiful during our visit, not many disabled spaces though. Shower didn't work properly and sprayed water at the ceiling from damage to the pipes. Our stay was OK but I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the place was great! Everything was clean and organized. I just didn’t really like how the bathroom door was more of a closet door and was hard to open and close. On my last night, while I was packing, a sudden leak from the bathroom light happened. The light was flickering and the water was flooding the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk from the phone. They were nice and said someone was coming to help. We waited a while and no one came. I had to leave soon so I went to the front desk and said I had to go and that there was a leak. The man at the desk was apologetic in the most sarcastic way possible. He said the leaking happens often so be careful if you stay here. Over all they hotel is pretty good.
