★★★★★Staying at this hotel for the next two nights. The room is really nice, bed is comfortable and very clean, which is the most important. Little refrigerator is perfect with little freezer for the ice packs etc and plenty of room below for water, food etc. We got the king superior, don’t know if all the rooms are like this but we are very pleased. So thankful that it’s hardwood floors, if you have allergies you know! Every one so far has been really nice and helpful, don’t usually write review at beginning of stay, but this warranted it.

★★★★★The decor and general setting reminded me of a motel from the 60s, but a very comfortable and totally refurbished one, brand new but in the original style. Very pleasant stay! TripAdvisor is forcing me to add more characters, so I will add that if you like pancakes or waffles, they have a pink diner style Waffle Spot downstairs

NillIt's a good place overall, somewhat questionable design in retro style however with modern amenities. The biggest downsides for me are paid parking which is 15$ daily and no microwave in rooms unless you're willing to pay another 5$ a day. Depending on the guests the place can be noisy. They have good fast Internet and a decent gym that is surprisingly not mentioned or advertised on many listings. No complaints about service, the place is clean and taken care of.

NillCute motel from the 70s. Loved the cuteness. Nice pool area with hot tub. Little bar area but must not open for the season. The Waffle Spot restaurant reminds me of a 1970's diner we went to as a kid in Indiana. Food was pretty good too. Close to I-8 and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Staff all wonderful and so friendly. Rooms smallish and clean. Beds were comfy. But again, 1970 ish and not as up to date as other places. They also have a "no loud noise after 10 pm" rule which is great! Would stay again for sure.

★★★★★Very comfortable beds and pillows, the staff were very nice, easy check-in, well lite parking lot and outside the rooms. It was a great place to stay. The restaurant was good and the staff there were very nice and attentive. All our needs were met and it was also affordable.

★★★★★We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was our favorite amenity, and the Waffle Spot was AMAZING. The location was central to everything. All linens were clean and changed upon request. We will stay again when in town visiting our Navy Sailor.

NillRooms were nice. Thin walls, we could hear the neighbors TV. The pool and spa shut down at 10pm. Seems to be good for families. We actually thought it was a hotel we had stayed at before but it turned out it wasn't. We were disappointed for that reason from the get-go. It was so close to the freeway. Additionally, checkout was horrible. Not that it was difficult it was simply the cleaning staff was knocking on the door within 5 minutes of our check out time. By the time we left the room 11:27am, the cleaning supervisor had knocked on our door twice, the front desk had called the room twice and called my mobile phone once as well. The first time they called they threatened us with a late checkout penalty. I dont think I've ever felt that harassed to leave a hotel. For that reason I've downgraded my review of this hotel. To reply to the Owner, We will not be staying with you again. The overall experience did not meet our expectations. The check out harassment and threats was simply too much. I don't find 27 minutes past checkout to be excessive. Maybe an hour and 27 minutes but having worked for a major hotel chain at one point in my life, this was simply rude and inhospitable. Additionally, we had a hard time to find a parking spot both nights of our stay when coming back from dinner.

NillAlways a great experience here. The place has a great vibe. I love how they go all out for themed holidays. The staff is the best, always enjoy seeing them. Both restaurants are great as well and don't forget their awesome taco Tuesday! Can't wait to go back.
