Howard Johnson by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle

Great location great room size just this hotel needs to be updated drastically. The elevator needs to be updated a lot of the outside needs to be refreshed and cleaned. Housekeeping needs to be reviewed as the amenities that were supposed to be in room were very lacking. Regular walkers need to be completed at this hotel just to make sure that everything is functioning properly. Make sure that the restaurant is actually working if you're booking a room that is supposed to come with breakfast daily.

This place was absolutely horrible. I didn't even stay after all. When I checked out the room, it was disgusting and unsafe. I had my four year old, and I didn't want her to catch anything or someone breaking in our room. Stains on bed and bugs flying around. The photo that is black with light coming through was our door it seemed like someone could peep at us or pop in open easily. Upgrade and stay somewhere nicer and safer for you and your family. I am so upset I didn't even stay or get my money back.

Our stay was nice. It was just one overnight. The room was clean. The leather headboard fastened to the wall was less than desirable, but not a huge deal. Everything worked perfectly fine. I was just troubled by a weird agreement. I had to sign that had very odd bullet points one which was hotel room employees have access to the rooms while occupied at all times, I found that quite troubling And there were many other odd things listed. I don’t believe this is a Wyndham contract. I feel like this weird agreement was put together locally and as a San Diego resident if I were visiting and had to sign that, I would definitely have a problem with it. I am I’m I’m upset I guess because tourists are having to sign this document and I don’t think it’s Representative of the Wyndham name overall.

The property owners cancelled my booking without giving me proper notice. I booked this months in advance through Booking.com. My reservation stated that I would not have to pay until I arrived at the property. Its still months out and they tried to run my credit card 5 months ahead of time and then they decided to cancel without fair notice. It is a hotel that is in poor condition to begin with, I was going to put up with it for the price but now they want a whole lot more. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

They cancelled my reservation because of a supposed credit card issue and refused to rebook at the original rate or even answer the phone. The card was fine; I think they just realized they could get more money.

These clowns cancelled my reservation through Booking.com even though I wasnt supposed to pay until I arrived. I tried to resolve with the hotel and booking but each blamed the other one. I also checked with Booking and it did look like my credit card was up to date, so then they blamed it other other. Its a 1 star hotel and now they want to charge me over $2000!

. Accompanying hotel. I was able to check in fast. the bed it was amazing.||Very clean on the outside and on the inside. customer service at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and what to do in the neighborhood. I will definitely come back.

The staff was amazing friendly and the room had fridge, coffee pot and microwave lots of pillows and bed was OK. The down side is that the pictures are very old cuz hotel was a lil rundown on inside like burn holes in stuff when it's non smoking and nail polish stained furniture but it was clean just looked dirty kinda if that makes sense. But for the value it was a good stay
