NillWith older hotels, there is going to be issues. We found we had a big crack in the wall in the room that we stayed ,the sink had rust in it, and the bars inside the shower we're not sealed off properly. The window curtain would not open up all the way because the roller was broken. Older buildings need a lot of work and upkeep. We did find that the door on the inside was dirty and needed to be cleaned, and there was only half of a lock /safety latch. It looked like they were working on getting the pool refinished and worked on, which is good. But there was NO Spa like it was advertised and we were looking forward to that. The parking is limited on the outside of the building there are two handicap parking spots which is fine and they have a parking garage under the building but you do have to pay for parking $20 a day. They don't tell you about that when you book a stay here. You may have to circle around in order to find the entrance to the building. The staff were friendly, though, and that made the stay nicer.

NillGreat accommodation and staff! My flight was delayed getting in so I was only able to stay 1 of 2 nights I had scheduled. My reservation couldn't be partially refunded, which I understand. Otherwise the process of checking in late was smooth. Underground parking is great. There's not an abundance of spots but I didn't have issues getting a spot when needed. Great beds, amenities, shower/bath etc. The safe in my room was out of battery or broken or something (?) but I didn't end up needing it. Breakfast was very good too.

★★★★The bed was extremely comfortable, like a cloud. The hotel was a pretty design and within walking distance to Old Town. The on-site underground parking was appreciated. The only reason I did not rate a 5/5 was both the bathroom sink and tub seemed to drain very slow so they could use some maintenance.

NillStayed for 1 night before my flight home. Chose this place cos it’s near the airport. Location’s great too, but room was facing the freeway so it can be noisy for some. Room was small and there weren’t enough lights so it was pretty dark. Curtains, furniture, bedsheets all looked dated but thankfully bed was still somewhat comfortable. However, curtains could not be drawn and I had to use my hair clip to clip them up otherwise there’ll be light coming in. Toilet is spacious but do take note that there’s only mini soap bars provided but no shower gel. So do bring your own shower gel. There’s shampoo and conditioner which smell great. However prior to check out, our toilet bowl got choked. Front desk staff was friendly, good service. There’s a small pool which was not being used the 2 days I was there. Free breakfast is included. But the breakfast was honestly a little sad. The egg was bland, there were some bread, pastries and fruits. can make your own waffle. Would be good for a short stay if you want to be near old town or the airport. Not suitable for light sleepers or if you’re looking for a quiet place, otherwise to require rooms that are not freeway-facing.

NillHotel was under renovation when I was there. The property is older and somewhat clean. Hot water was hard to get and ice machines were not conveniently located. The breakfast was good with many options.I had planned a 2 night stay but opted to go elsewhere the second night

NillThe front desk was so helpful. Went above and beyond to make it super easy to print some concert tickets. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms and very clean.

NillThis hotel was an absolute nightmare! From the moment I checked in, it was clear that basic amenities were an afterthought. I had NO water in my room, making it impossible to shower or even brush my teeth. To make matters worse, the AC was completely broken, leaving me to swelter in a stuffy, uncomfortable room. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager/ owner, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. Their unfriendly demeanor only added insult to injury. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you enjoy roughing it without basic necessities and dealing with unhelpful staff!"
